Food Fantastic, cost is great, service could have improved slightly as we waited around 15 minutes for someone to serve us our final order yet staff were clearing tables around us, they could see us waiting but I did not assist.

service was good but was difficult to grab attention off staff for a drink . we asked for forks think the waiter forgot ,15 mins later had to ask again and a lady responded quickly . Same with drinks ,we had to wait for a long time to grab someone attention to get some drinks overall the food was good , good ambiance . Will definately be back

Food was lovely and well priced, but it took a long time to get served. We waited over half an hour before we had to call staff over to take our order, and we were then pressured to finish up our meals as the bookings were on a time frame.

Great food, great value and plates were quite quick to come out which surprised us considering how busy they were. Sometimes had to nab a waitress on their way past to order more or clear plates but overall a really great experience. We’ll definitely visit again

10/10 Authentic Japanese cuisine. You'd think the "All you can eat" menu would be low quality to keep costs low..... nope. Every dish is sensational. From flavour to presentation. Love Okami.

Great taste of foods but not sure if it worth the $32 price. Also the venue bit too cramped.

Pretty good place for Japanese as it is affordable. It is always busy so expect mild waiting time during the weekend.

It was quite busy when I got there so we waited a little while until we got served. I was still happy about the excellent service.

Second visit. Noisier this time. As a vegetarian the menu is limited and after my second visit I've kind of exhausted everything.

at first we were happy that they accommodated additional 2 people for my reservation. but when we were ordering our food, April, their waitress, hindered us from ordering the qty of foods we want to order. we were 14 on our table.

It was our first visit to Okami, the food was fantastic, the service was pretty good considering how busy they were. The only thing we could fault them on as first time visitors is that they showed us to our table and left us sitting there wondering how things work there and not explaining anything to us (we have to ask the people next to us), and we had to borrow their menu, we weren’t given one.Otherwise, it’s a fantastic place to visit and we will definitely be back.

Staff were friendly and decor was modern but the food was good but not near as good as the Greensborough Okami. Entrees were barely luke warm. I never received an ice tub for my wine and temperature was too cold inside.
