Great speedy service. The beef was a bit too chewy. But overall a great dinner out.

The best all you can eat Japanese Restaurant in Melbourne

As this is an all you can eat setup. We ordered food and only partially received what we ordered on various occasions as we watched other tables continually receive food. Our wait staff weren’t friendly and on occasion just dumped the plates on our table without ever a smile .We have eaten here before but are unlikely to go back . The food deteriorated through the night and before we had finished removed the menus.

The food was great, very fresh ingredients. The food was fast to come out as well.

Fast friendly service with the quality you expect from Okami restaurants. Staff were at our table a few moments after picking the menu to ask if we wanted to order any dishes. Dishes arrived quickly after being ordered. This was our first time at this Okami and certainly won’t be the last!

The food was good value for money. Really like how they make the portions according to the number of persons seated at the table to avoid wastage. We didn't have to wait long for service and the staff were really friendly. There were clean toilet facilities on site. We will surely visit again!

It was packed busy which overall pleasing, but we came a little bit earlier and wasn’t exactly welcomed. Service was sketchy, slow and orders were mixed up. Waitresses were so busy that we felt imposing. It was a special occasion for us and I became quite irritated and annoyed. Don’t feel like going back.

Kind of busy and taking too long for someone to come over and check on us if we want to order food. The last order taken too early compare to other branch I know you guys want customers to be out to get ready for the second session. But took last order at 6:40pm is a bit early By the way the steam vegetable was toooooo salty we couldn’t even eat it. Next time please don’t put too much salt.

We went to okami to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Had to bring our 6 week old baby with us but they were so accommodating. Gave us a table with room for the baby. The food was amazing and fresh and the staff were great too

Of 3 OKAMI’s I have been too, and first at this one, unfortunately I would not return. Food was mostly warm at best, not as tasty and had to get the attention of staff for service too many times, as did the table beside us. Maybe a staff shortage? I can understand, but the food wasn’t that good.

Always the best. Service and quality. We now don’t bother going anywhere else for an all you can eat experience. The best Japanese cuisine around

Not a traditional Japanese experience I was expecting unfortunately Chicken was chewy Seaweed salad lacked flavour , squid salad was terrible… Way too loud and cannot here yourself talk… Fried prawns was delish Spicy squid was 🤢
