Okami – Niddrie

The service was incredible. Nothing was too much for them. Food was good and the vanilla ice cream was yummy the kids loved it.

They have great food and really fast and efficient service

Very disappointed with our dining experience, all our food came out at once , with the exception of main dishes first. It was as if all the food had been prepared much earlier and just sitting in the kitchen. It was almost cold, serving sizes on some dishes were tiny-unable to share x4 ppl. Charged over $5 for the tiniest serve of wasabi. Always looked forward to the buffet at Okami, but the last couple of visits have proven this is not case. With the price increasing ( understandable) but the serving sizes are much less. And the table way too narrow for the booth , so too far away from the bench seat- very uncomfortable.

previous times i have been food has been fresh and their quality of seafood has been nicer this time it not. If they were buying B grade originally they are now buying C grade quality seafood (I doubt it was ever A)

As always great food and atmosphere. Waiterin staff very attentive and helpful as always. Only thing that we had to wait for a while till someone came and attended us for desserts. Which isn't a big issue.

Appears to be understaffed 25 mins for a drink order the food was delivered sporadically more than usual. App works well only thing that could be improved is a list to see what has been ordered and yet to be delivered

The QR code not sending food to kitchen. No staff even come and ask if why we are not ordering any order and wait for like 25 mins. Eventually the food we did not order came but food that we did order not come. Fully charged us at the end.
