Okami – Niddrie

It’s still great like always, though this time the service is so much slower than usual and we had to wait quite a bit for the food to arrive each time we order anything.

The wait time was so long that we feel that we did not eat enough and had to go through a drive through.

The food is amazing and the staff are very friendly Great value for money We have dined at Okami several times and have never been disappointed

Okami Niddrie truly deserves excellent feedback! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, even going the extra mile to check if we needed any assistance with our order. The service was exceptional, and our food arrived quickly. Overall, the dining experience was delightful, with delicious food and a welcoming atmosphere. I usually don't give feedback, but since Okami is a chain restaurant, I felt it was important to share my experience. I highly recommend Okami Niddrie!

The think I like about the okami restaurants is the consistency of the food. The niddrie store did not disappoint, however, it was very very loud, making if a little difficult to converse when the group.

Quite a bit noisy with lots of children, but that wasn't the restaurant's fault. The food and drinks are always amazing whenever we go. The staff were efficient and friendly, we will definitely be returning again in the future.

This is better service. Having the QR code near our table made it easier to order food without interrupting the servers all the time which made it more efficient with ordering what we wanted. I suggest having a mechanism to order in advance before the booking starts so that when the customer comes in, food is already served on the table. But overall the qr code made a difference.

Always a great night out at Okami. The noise however is crazy but a sign that so many families enjoying themselves.
