This is better service. Having the QR code near our table made it easier to order food without interrupting the servers all the time which made it more efficient with ordering what we wanted. I suggest having a mechanism to order in advance before the booking starts so that when the customer comes in, food is already served on the table. But overall the qr code made a difference.

Always a great night out at Okami. The noise however is crazy but a sign that so many families enjoying themselves.

Good quality food and a lot faster than other Okami I have been to, staff were attentive and followed up to make sure our orders had come.

The staff at Okami Niddrie were amazing, very welcoming, efficient and so accomodating to our special request! We have been to a few different okami restaurants and this is by far our favourite for service! The only thing we did notice is the aesthetics of the room, it was much louder than any other dining room but will definitely be back for sure! Thankyou team for all of your hard work and professional service
