We had a wonderful friendly, helpful polite waiter for our daughters 6th birthday lunch. The food was tasty and great quality. A wonderful atmosphere and very high hygiene standards. We will be back!

Overall had a lovely experience the staff was so welcoming and friendly and food was equally delicious, fast and prompt services. The venue was very noisy and was hard to hear what the waitresses were saying however that was due to a few large groups of people which we couldn’t control. Overall 10/10 and will be back!

Overall, food was good but the customer service was poor. We asked multiple servers where some of our food was because it had been around 45 minutes since we had ordered. All of them gave us the same answer of “we will check” but there was never any update to where the food was, nor did the food arrive until around an hour and a half into our reservation. The service almost seemed as if food was withheld from us.

We went for dinner at Okami for my daughter's birthday and we all were so impressed, the food was delicious and fairly priced with an excellent range. The staff were very polite, friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was very clean and spacious, it did get a little loud as the restaurant filled up but nothing to bad and that is very much determined by the other customers. Overall, fantastic experience, we will definitely be coming back and bringing our friends.

Great food, great service and very clean. Only thing I paniced was not finding toilet paper in 1 of the ladies toilets

Had a great meal. Food was delicious and the staff are very friendly and work hard. It was very noisy near us though due to a table of young girls celebrating a birthday. Maybe some noise dampening on the roof floors or walls might help other diners experience when kids are so loud. Not the restaurants fault. Staff were great.

I’ve always loved going to OKami. But this time I was disappointed. The food servings has decreased and the food didn’t come out fairly close together. A few ties we had to ask for certain dishes two to three times. Our dishes were not being ordered. It was frustrating to seeing other tables ordering their meals after us and getting their dishes before us. Don’t know if I will return.

This is the best Okami that we have been to. We have been to another 2 previously which were good, but Okami Niddrie is now our favourite.

Great service and excellent food! The staff were friendly and happy to assist in any way. Food was delivered quickly and often times at other restaurants when food is delivered, it can be lukewarm but not at Niddrie as the food we received was nice and hot. I will be going there again! Thank you!
