Whilst the floor staff were friendly, our tables food, although delicious, was delivered well out of order and unfortunately wasn't as hot as it could have been. We still enjoyed our time there, and will be back again.

Waited 20 mins for drinks. Food took 30 mins to come out. The food that came out was not the picture and was less of a serve then what was displayed.

Food service too delayed, busy? Short staffed?.a long pause between 2 orders, and when we were about to leave, is when the food started arriving/being served just not worth the price.

Our group divided itself into subgroups of 4 - 6 persons. We had a problem with one table not receiving any food for over 45min and yet other sub-groups had received multiple dishes. It is a very simple problem to solve by ensuring that once the menu is taken from the entire group, at least one dish is brought out to each sub group. This should have just been repeated throughout the entire evening, so that every sub group was receiving meals in a timely manner. .

Really good food. Time between serves was acceptable however hard to keep track of what ordered and when it was received

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had a toddler with us and they supplied an unbreakable fork, plate and cup for him without us having to ask which was fantastic. Food was delicious as usual Ava the kids meal was much healthier than the usual ‘nuggets and chips’ offered at other places

Today was my 49th birthday and decided to make it extra special by having dinner at Okami, always beautiful
