Had a table booked for Mother’s Day got there 5 mins early but table was given to someone else. Was told to wait for other tables to clear before we could be seated. Waited 20 mins but nothing happened. We ended up leaving

delicious food with an amazing variety of choices, from an easy to understand menu for beginners. Serving staff continued to check in throughout the meal to see if we wanted to try more or add to our order. Would differently recommend and go back again

We decided to have lunch and we have now decided that we'll do lunches instead. Its not so noisy, the food was piping hot and the atmosphere felt calm. The service was absolutely fantastic. Sucked for us to have to pay $60 for pubic holiday rate but the service and food made up for it.

It's a bit of a chaotic place, relying on the waiters to order every time. It would run much better and faster if the tables had iPads. Almost all of the sushi came unassembled, I think, because they make it so quickly and for so many people. But everything was delicious.

The lady’s that where taking our orders where amazing. The service was amazing, the food was amazing and didn’t take long to come out. We over heard another customer complaining to the server and we just went to say she was way out of line for saying what she said about the service being terrible. You guys where an absolutely amazing team 🥰

Good food, good ambience, quick services, food need to come out faster, but overall it was a great all you can eat experience.

Food was just ok tonight, service was essentially bad. What staff there was, were pleasant, but not enough staff for food or drinks. It has really gone down hill over the last year or so.

Granted it was Valentine’s Day but you’d think they would have been more prepared for front of house staff. The food took around 30 minutes per dish and came out cold. The portions were as if they were rationing. We normally eat at the Albury Okami which is always outstanding. We left early and paid $101 for food that was 2/10

No mention if licensed on web site, but saw a note that you can BYO wine, left a message on my booking asking if they had a a wine list. No one replied. Tables too small for all the dishes you serve at once. Some of the seafood dishes came out at room temperature and not on a cold plate, that is dangerous…. Offering and menu we found a bit confusing at first. Calamari salad was almost warm and strangest looking calamari I have seen or tasted. Teriyaki Steak was not steak but pieces of dry beef, barely warm and hardly any sauce. Overall quality very poor. Won’t be back, sorry.

Wonderful food and fast service. Would be nice if more of the staff smile and look like they want to be there as that was the only real negative. Also would be good for some Japanese music in the background to improve the atmosphere. Otherwise fantastic and looking forward to going back for some more yummy food!

Overall great. Food was great and 2 workers were excellent except for one staff she wasn't smiling. Just prety much throw the plates on the table. She got our drink she only put 3 cubes of ice in the jug. She wanted us to have our drink warm. But the guy and the other girl, great customer service.

Very slow service for delivery of food ordered. No empty plates removed from the table unless we requested. Last sashimi dish delivered when we were about to leave following a very long wait between dishes
