Loved it great service and awesome food will definitely be back

Had to ask 3 people for service before someone actually took our order had to ask twice for one item as they forgot. One item we asked for never showed at all. Staff didn't look very happy. The food was hot and well flavoured when we did recieve the items. Could tell they were very busy but some more organisations amongst the staff would help ease the flow

Its always so good there good service food is quick and taste amazing

As always beautiful food, a little sad to see the eggplant salad has been removed from the menu as we love it! Our reservation was for 7:45pm It was a very full house, so we were not greeted at the door to be seated as we would earlier in the evening in our experience. All the staff are lovely and helpful.

Drive from Benalla to eat the amazing food, will be back again

The food was absolutely delicious, service was great, and everything came out really quickly. Prices are very reasonable too, especially for such unique and well prepared dishes.

The atmosphere was fantastic, the servers were lovely, welcoming and worked really well as a team, the food was to die for and had such an amazing range to choose from, the wait times weren't very long for the food at all and despite it being very busy, everything was clean, quick and we had plenty of time to eat and converse. The quality of this establishment made myself and my fellow diner forget that we were in a small town restaurant and the experience was an easy 10/10. Worth every penny spent.

The food was delicious and the drinks on the menu are amazing. We went at a busy time and the service was slow. My friends ordered a Teriyaki beef and they had to wait for almost an hour but we have seen the waiters serve customers that have just arrived but ordered before them. I think it’s nice to go at a time that’s not too busy.

Having never been to Okami before so was unsure what to expect. There were stand out dishes and others just a little too much batter or deep frying. What a brilliant way to sample a menu which we would never normally get the opportunity to do. We loved it so much that we will be returning again to our local okami restaurant. It is definitely advisable to prebook your table as this place was crazy busy.

The food is delicious and came out very quickly. Service was lovely too. My only concern was when ordering the Ngori Sushi platter, the photo of the platter shows what you’re getting. When it comes out though, it’s about half the amount and some of what is pictured isn’t on the platter at all. Also, prices on the menu what would be helpful. The overall, great restaurant for Shepparton.

I was so disappointed after waiting 25 minutes and then having to ask to have our order to be taken, although the waiter apologised for his slowness when we paid 2 hours later. Sushi platters were extremely slow in serving, two after the icecream, after we said for the third time for what we were still waiting. Although not large servings, the food was to our liking. And the atmosphere and ambience was good.

It was busy. Had to wait for a bit, for staff to be free to take our order. Staff were friendly though. Food was slow on some dishes but it came out hot and tasty as usual.

We go here quite often & always have a pleasant experience. The service is excellent the food is amazing

There were a few items ordered that never arrived , some staff appeared sad not smiling little interaction . Restraunt had paper tickets all over the floor. The staff cleaning table were spraying chemical right next to our food.

Food was excellent, the service was excellent and the atmosphere was good

Hi, Loved the Japanese restaurant experience. I avoided the seaweed and fish dishes but enjoyed the other options. Will be back gain soon. Jim.
