Always enjoy eating at Okami, very busy last night as usual, only disappointed was food took a while to come out and some of the dishes weren’t really warm enough, otherwise all good.

First visit, really impressed with the quality of the food, the staff were a pleasure and there was almost zero wait time. I think an improvement could be the ability for customers to order via app from the table. Otherwise a great experience and I know I’ll go back,

Amazing food, amazing service and its always super fresh and your not waiting for service or your next food options. We always enjoy our dining experience. The staff at Shepparton are very friendly and super efficient.

When we arrived we waiting 15mint before we even were asked for a drink. There was 2 of us who got the All you can’t eat. We orders 3 dishes and only received 2. Then we ordered more food and waited 45mins for the dishes total of 6 dishes. The staff seen us without the food for the whole time. When we told the staff it turned out that the table next to us got all of our dishes we ordered. The staff were non apologetic and then reordered our food. We were on a time schedule for another gathering and we had to eat the food quickly and did not enjoy it one bit. Due to this we feel as if we shouldn’t come back or recommend this place to someone else.

Was a great night we actually went to celebrate my son’s 17th birthday. The first girl & guy that served was really good and then towards the end we had another lady who we thought was very judgmental and never smiled. All I know is we pay $42.80 pp for a max of 2hrs and we can order as much and as many times as you want so I don’t know what her problem was anyways apart from that we loved it!

Had a table booked for Mother’s Day got there 5 mins early but table was given to someone else. Was told to wait for other tables to clear before we could be seated. Waited 20 mins but nothing happened. We ended up leaving

delicious food with an amazing variety of choices, from an easy to understand menu for beginners. Serving staff continued to check in throughout the meal to see if we wanted to try more or add to our order. Would differently recommend and go back again

We decided to have lunch and we have now decided that we'll do lunches instead. Its not so noisy, the food was piping hot and the atmosphere felt calm. The service was absolutely fantastic. Sucked for us to have to pay $60 for pubic holiday rate but the service and food made up for it.

It's a bit of a chaotic place, relying on the waiters to order every time. It would run much better and faster if the tables had iPads. Almost all of the sushi came unassembled, I think, because they make it so quickly and for so many people. But everything was delicious.

The lady’s that where taking our orders where amazing. The service was amazing, the food was amazing and didn’t take long to come out. We over heard another customer complaining to the server and we just went to say she was way out of line for saying what she said about the service being terrible. You guys where an absolutely amazing team 🥰

Good food, good ambience, quick services, food need to come out faster, but overall it was a great all you can eat experience.

Food was just ok tonight, service was essentially bad. What staff there was, were pleasant, but not enough staff for food or drinks. It has really gone down hill over the last year or so.
