The menus could be in better condition, but overall was a good experience

The food was delicious and the drinks on the menu are amazing. We went at a busy time and the service was slow. My friends ordered a Teriyaki beef and they had to wait for almost an hour but we have seen the waiters serve customers that have just arrived but ordered before them. I think it’s nice to go at a time that’s not too busy.

Having never been to Okami before so was unsure what to expect. There were stand out dishes and others just a little too much batter or deep frying. What a brilliant way to sample a menu which we would never normally get the opportunity to do. We loved it so much that we will be returning again to our local okami restaurant. It is definitely advisable to prebook your table as this place was crazy busy.

The food is delicious and came out very quickly. Service was lovely too. My only concern was when ordering the Ngori Sushi platter, the photo of the platter shows what you’re getting. When it comes out though, it’s about half the amount and some of what is pictured isn’t on the platter at all. Also, prices on the menu what would be helpful. The overall, great restaurant for Shepparton.

I was so disappointed after waiting 25 minutes and then having to ask to have our order to be taken, although the waiter apologised for his slowness when we paid 2 hours later. Sushi platters were extremely slow in serving, two after the icecream, after we said for the third time for what we were still waiting. Although not large servings, the food was to our liking. And the atmosphere and ambience was good.

It was busy. Had to wait for a bit, for staff to be free to take our order. Staff were friendly though. Food was slow on some dishes but it came out hot and tasty as usual.

We go here quite often & always have a pleasant experience. The service is excellent the food is amazing

There were a few items ordered that never arrived , some staff appeared sad not smiling little interaction . Restraunt had paper tickets all over the floor. The staff cleaning table were spraying chemical right next to our food.

Food was excellent, the service was excellent and the atmosphere was good

Always enjoy eating at Okami, very busy last night as usual, only disappointed was food took a while to come out and some of the dishes weren’t really warm enough, otherwise all good.

First visit, really impressed with the quality of the food, the staff were a pleasure and there was almost zero wait time. I think an improvement could be the ability for customers to order via app from the table. Otherwise a great experience and I know I’ll go back,

Amazing food, amazing service and its always super fresh and your not waiting for service or your next food options. We always enjoy our dining experience. The staff at Shepparton are very friendly and super efficient.

When we arrived we waiting 15mint before we even were asked for a drink. There was 2 of us who got the All you can’t eat. We orders 3 dishes and only received 2. Then we ordered more food and waited 45mins for the dishes total of 6 dishes. The staff seen us without the food for the whole time. When we told the staff it turned out that the table next to us got all of our dishes we ordered. The staff were non apologetic and then reordered our food. We were on a time schedule for another gathering and we had to eat the food quickly and did not enjoy it one bit. Due to this we feel as if we shouldn’t come back or recommend this place to someone else.

Was a great night we actually went to celebrate my son’s 17th birthday. The first girl & guy that served was really good and then towards the end we had another lady who we thought was very judgmental and never smiled. All I know is we pay $42.80 pp for a max of 2hrs and we can order as much and as many times as you want so I don’t know what her problem was anyways apart from that we loved it!
