The service was great and all the food was delicious.

We took our young teenage grandchildren and encouraged them to order for us as well. It was an overall easy experience for them and the food was delicious.

Very accommodating waitresses, very reasonable prices for foods we eat.

Great restaurant with beautiful friendly and helpful staff who couldn't be more pleasant . They were so switched on and attentive . Would 100% recommend .

Food and staff were wonderful as always. It was a busy night and service was a bit slow but when they realised we had been overlooked with being served they were very responsive in getting our food to us. We enjoyed our meal and didn’t leave disappointed.

Our dinner was beautiful, the food was amazing. Great quality food, however we just struggled to order enough as the waitress kept wanting to leave quickly each time we ordered. Other than that it was lovely. We just needed more opportunity to order drinks and food.

From the time we walked in till the time we walked out the service was excellent, food was fantastic, waitresses were very helpful, facilities were clean. Could not fault a thing we will be back. Thankyou to team okami❤

Really great experience, the staff were kind, friendly and helpful. We had a toddler and two other children so eating out can be a challenge but it was great and we had a lovely time.

It was loud, tons of babies crying, and the wait times were excessively long but the customer and food was amazing.

Though some of the food was nice, fresh & hot, some was supermarket style I could prepare myself. Dim sims & vegetable, gyozas for example. The gyozas weren't hot enough. There didn't seem to be enough staff to keep up with the demand and visits to offer more menu choices were infrequent. We had to request they come to see us to order the second time and the table beside us was the same. It also took a long time to seceive our first drinks (after our first dishes arrived) and the offer of a second round had to be called for. I'm sorry to have to submit a less than glowing review but after previous wonderful visits, this one was disappointing. I would think a couple more service staff could address our situation. All that being said, the staff were lovely.

The food was great and came fairly quick, the service was friendly and generally good except you had to wave someone over to get more drinks or food otherwise no one checked in. Overall a great experience.

For an 'all you can eat buffet' the quality of food was fantastic. We have dined her a few times now and enjoyed each time.

group booking. Waitress doubled order and everything and was all bought out at once. No room on table with all food. Food went cold before we could get to it all. Drinks should have come out first, not after all the food. Felt very rushed to eat, with no relaxation for a drink first.

Food was quite nice, service was good to start with but got worse as the night went on. Waiting 45 minutes for a dish to come out was not really acceptable.

Staff need more thorough training, including the manager / maitre de in charge on evening we visited. One of our party was treated very rudely on arrival. When finally sorted via phone call, he did not apologise, but knew he was wrong as avoided us, even eye contact for remainder of time there. Otherwise staff just dump plates of foods on corner of table as they walk past; only one interacted with smile and more appropriate service. Food is good, do hope the service can be improved so place is less like a production line.

I had booked for 7 people, the confirmation said that there would be room for prams/highchairs if needed (they were not) but was seated at a table for 6, my 7th person was put on the end in the walk way, and there was no space for drinks and plates, understandable if I had booked a week in advance or was a walk in, but the table had been booked for weeks

Food was great, we had one dish that was cold. The service is just very slow. In saying that they were very busy. Maybe don’t fill all the tables if you don’t have the staff to keep up. Thanks for the effort though

Always friendly staff, top notch food. The Chicken Katsu is THE BEST!! And the beefs Teriyaki, Miso and Yakiniku - awesome. Can't wait to go back.

There were 3 of us and we waited for some time with only 1 dish between us. This was a dish only 2 of us liked/ordered. The rest of the orders were very spread out and took too long.even though we ordered a few dishes first off. The rice was requested in the first order and only came just minutes before dessert so wasn’t eaten. We overheard the older gentleman from the table behind us summon who we assume was the manager and proceeded to tell him that the food was very nice. The manager said “you didn’t call me all the way over here to tell me the food was good did you?” That was extremely rude and we wouldn’t be surprised if they never go back!

For a very packed busy Friday night the food came out quickly and the staff as always were kind and courteous.

The food was okay but a bit production line/mass produced. Dumplings obviously prepared elsewhere and frozen. Plates whipped off the table. The fellow who was in charge was quite arrogant and impersonal. If you want a chain restaurant impersonal feel then this is what you’ll get.

First time, not the last. Lovely presented food, fresh and tasty, served very promptly in a nice atmosphere. Smiling staff, very attentive, a credit to the owners will return soon.

We received food that we didn’t order and not food that we did order. We are seniors however we’re charged full price for one diner. A little disappointed.
