Okami - Whittlesea

Slow and some of our orders got lost and we didn’t receive some of a dishes

Honestly one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to

Greater with friendly staff who were wonderful all night, shop setout is very small so it made it a little difficult to get a pram in but managed, the seats could do with a makeover as they are all ripped, the food was nice.

Excellent service, good food, good value for money. Highly recommended.

Made a review last week about portion sizes and this visit for Mother’s Day portion sizes were great. I guess it depends on the staff that are on but didn’t disappoint this time!

I would have to say that this is probably the worst Okami we have been to. The food wasn't even that hot and there wasn't a lot of people dining. My husband's chair was also broken which is a safety hazard. Won't be back sorry

It was our first time at Okami Whittlesea and I must say it was a great experience. The food was great and the staff were excellent! We will definently be going back!

First time there and loved it! We will be returning very soon.

We were there an hour and a half and our waiting almost completely ignored us. I had to flag down the waiter twice to order with extensive wait times between each. We ended up leaving with plaits still waiting on the table because the whole Process took so long. Very displeased compared to previous cosots

The food tasted great but the presentation was not Nearly all the chairs in the restaurant are ripped and covered in black sticky tape , looks tacky considering it’s not a cheap restaurant to go to

It was very busy on this night, the staff did their best to cater for all guests however could tell they were under pressure. Did very well for what they were facing,

We have been going to Okami for years and have always loved it. Our experience this visit was terrible. They seem to have new staff who were all rude, a new ordering system which meant half our orders didn’t come through. We waited 55 minutes for sushi and then left still hungry because nothing else came. I sent them a complaint and received a response with absolutely no apology. Unfortunately we won’t be going back to what used to be a favourite.
