We requested the room at the back as the restaurant is extremely busy & as one would expect in the circumstances quite noisy, We did have a quieter time there and the waiter Vijay or Vikek (I am not sure that I have the name correctly)was very pleasant, attentive & courteous.

It was a birthday dinner. The food was good, the service really excellent .

Didn’t feel very ‘organic’, more like cheap pub food. Disappointing.

Wonderful taste of cuisine with fresh ingredients and excellent quality of materials. I recommended The pasta Gamberetti linguine and meat platers compliment for the chef for beautiful sauce and juicy lamb cutlets. My son luv the cheesy taste Pizza and salt and pepper calamari. All staffs provide excellent customer service with friendly smile. Overall I recommended this place.

Despite booking for 5 people and getting there on time we didn’t get a real table but only two small round cafe tables joined together, making it quite uncomfortable. The service was good, the food was ok. Not something I’d go back for.

The food was below average. I made advance reservation asking for a quite spot but they failed to accommodate this request. We ordered only one pizza and they took 35-40 mins, while everyone around us who came after us received their orders. The worst experience ever.

Ordered coffee, a main and some steamed vegetables. Coffees came within 10 minutes, but we were waiting at least 45 minutes for mains (lamb and potatoes). It looked like people who'd ordered after us got their dishes before us, and despite having a *lot* of staff, I struggled with flagging down someone to check what was happening at the kitchens. Eventually the staff member who *did* check didn't really come back to tell me what was happening - I had to wave him over again. He said the dishes was 5 minutes coming. 10 minutes later, I paid for our coffees, cancelled the order, and went to Frangos, where we were sorted in 5 minutes with great service. It was nearing 2 at that point, I'd skipped breakfast knowing I was lunching with my dad, and we just needed food.

Our food order was very delayed, only complementary hot chips to say sorry, not great service.

Had a great time was my 8 months anniversary. The pizza was amazing cooked perfectly. Also had the meat platter for one which had a perfectly cooked lamb chop, the chicken and lamb souvlaki were great with the pita and Greek salad. Definitely will be back

The venue is great however there are so many areas that the quality of the service could improve. First of all, we ordered two pizzas, one came wrong and when we asked for it again, it took so long that we had to cancel it. Secondly, the main course came after 45 min and when it was served there were no fresh cutleries on the table. Plus, the chips were so cold we had to ask for it again. During all these times, we were not checked for another drink. It could have been an opportunity to sell more as we were thirsty for another drink. Furthermore, the bill came to our table without asking as if you wanted us out. We understand that you were closing but you were the one 45 min late for main course without cutlery and cold chips. Finally, I must say that the bill was wrong. We had to get it fixed as we had to cancel the second pizza. All these should have happened before a customer asks. That is called service, hospitality and a great experience.

Staff were disorganised.. tried to order pizza and were told they were too busy and they took too long to cook!! Yet on both sides of our table were enjoying pizza.. not to mention that they were NOT busy.. had to ask twice for one out of three drinks! Will not be going back or recommending ( as I have done in the past)

We usually quite like Organica but the customer service tonight was disappointing. First they missed our drink order and had to re-order again. The drink took a long time to come which was strange cause it was not particularly busy at the time. After we left the restaurant, I received a call from them to ask us to go back to the restaurant to pay because we had paid for a different table with a difference in amount - the staff member blamed that we told them the wrong table number! But both my parents checked the bill prior to making the payment and we were sure we got the right bill. The staff did not show her appreciation nor any apology despite us making the effort to travel to the restaurant to make a second payment. Honestly we felt very disrespected and probably will have to reconsider visiting the restaurant again.

Food & service was good. Annoying that payment for table of 4 can't be split between 2 cardholders.

Food was great. Service was too slow, waited almost 40min to receive our brunch order. Coffee was a bit cold when served (was made long time but no staff to service :( on to top of that, waited 15-20min to have a normal orange juice for kid, made the child quite upset.
