Ordered the Thailand style barramundi, it reminds me the first impression about the Thailand cuisine in my childhood, fruity flavour with some nuts on the side, it refreshing and juicy, it is what Thai food truly specialised.

Good as always, constant welcomed service and standardised food gives me the top option when I feel exhausted at the day and trying to find a relaxing dinner.

Pepper Seeds is my absolute favourite Thai restaurant in Sydney. The food is always amazing and the staff are some of the best. More importantly, it is quiet without music so you can have a decent conversation with your dinner guests.

It been a while since I came back here last time, and I am always a loyal customer here. It is not common to see same team of waiter working for more than two years, it feels a sense of belonging here after I had been to many places, they had always been there. Also they are really from Thailand, which is good for the people who have curious about Thailand culture and establish deep relationships with them.
