I paid an extra $5 to get a few small pieces of chicken added to my average risotto. And when I say small - they were barely bite size. So $30 for an average risotto with a few bites of chicken. Very disappointed. My kids' chicken was a bit dry as well. They forgot their drinks and didn't follow up for their desserts after either.

So disappointed with our visit to Raffaels which should have set the scene for a great night out to celebrate Mothers Day. Booking was for 5 people at 5.30 as we had a pre show event next door to go to which started at 6.30. Service was slow and meals were ordered with some changes that were checked and ok’ed with the chef. We were than told one of the meals had a 45 minute wait and if we wanted meals together we should order something else which was reluctantly done. We then waited while others who had come in after us were served their meals; ours arrived at 6.50pm!!!! One meal was incorrect (although had been checked with chef) and would take another 20 minutes to correct! The meal suggested to replace the original 45 minute wait meal was over cooked and in that it took over an hour for our meals to arrive could our guest not have had the 45 minute wait meal? There was no table service between ordering our drink & meals and the meals arriving, we got up and went to the servers to ask for more water. When asked about the special offer this restaurant had going with the musical event happening next door not one staff member ‘appeared’ to be aware of it even though they displayed a poster of the event, with their name listed, above the bar. No real apologies were offered, certainly not a discount, rather some feeble excuses about 1 waitress being new and them being busy, really is that all you’ve got Raffael’s? We left to walk next door at 7.20 as the bells rang to enter the theatre, we had missed all the pre show fun and involvement.

Very disappointed, we were ready to order upon our arrival as we had a show to go to. Were told they will get our drinks order first. When our meal order was taken, there was a bit of back and forth as everything one of our party wanted to order was going to take too long, (which was good that they conveyed this), but it still took an hour for our meals to come out. Only 3 of the 4 meals were served(we found out the fourth wasn’t ordered) and one had to be sent back as the Morton Bay bug was near raw. As we were running short of time, the 4 of us ended up sharing the other 2 meals, only ate the Parma out of shear hunger as it was pretty ordinary. They really needed to have more kitchen staff on, there was 2 other tables that ended up cancelling their orders as they had tickets to the show as well.

Waited an hour for our food to come out and then it wasnt great and we were late for our show.

Had a fantastic experience from the moment we arrived to the moment we left - food, service and atmosphere were all great.

Food was average. Cocktails weren’t very nice. After our first drink it took over an hour before they came back to check if we wanted another drink and 1 and a half hours to get food.

Great service, food was awesome and well priced. Plenty of space so you don’t feel like you are in a shoe box! Recommend, will definitely be back

We had a delicious three course meal with wine at Raffaels last night. The Arancini was great. My husband enjoyed the stuffed chicken breast. The Linguine Marinara was rich with seafood and a good size serve. The Seafood Combo was a very generous serve of flat head, scallops, prawns and calamari; big enough for two people. Everything was really fresh and tasted great.

This restaurant has very slow service and consistently seem to be understaffed. Considering this restaurant is attached to the Wyndham Cultural Centre, they do not cater when large numbers of people come in before a show.

Amazing coffee and excellent food. The staff are gorgeous and very attentive. Also the venue is lovely and the outdoor area is perfect in Summer.

Very attentive staff, delicious meals, different menu to Fathers Day however everything was cooked beautifully. My only downer was that one meal came out five minutes after the rest, it was a salad with chicken, but the positive here was that the chicken tenders were juicy, warm and spectacular. (this is why I haven't changed the rate from a 6)

Amazing food. Great team of attentive waiters and barstaff. Lattes are perfection! I highly recommend for birthdays or a cute date night. The outdoor area is gorgeous.

Noisy environment, food took longer than they said would take, no colouring in for kids or kids menu when normally they have it (was just because of mothers day they didn't) Food was delicious though. Large servings.

Service was great. Food was good. Would definitely recommend this place to other people. Only downfall was sitting right next to the singer. So was hard to hear each other talk.

Meals are very generous however the service was a little slow. There was approx 40 minutes between our entree and main. The restaurant was clean and we'll maintained.

They didn’t have a bookking for us when we arrived luckily they weren’t booked out but had to wait while they organised a table for us

My son's seafood dish was a bit tomatoey but aside from that he enjoyed it. We would go again. The place is clean, staff friendly.

A great location for an end of year catch up with my team. Meals were delicious, maybe took a little while to be served but no complaints. Be warned; the nachos is a massive serving! My colleagues were really happy with their lunch choices. Thanks guys.

Great food and good value. Always friendly staff. Perfect option for a couple, friends catch up or groups. Dessert fridge as enticing as ever and really nice coffee to end the meal.

We had seafood linguine again as they cook it beautifully. We have had that a few times. Also the homemade gnocchi calabrese is lovely too

Overpriced - both meals were very basic with my mother's meal not fully eaten due to it being undercooked. This was mentioned to staff but there was no offer of compensation or a replacement dish. The menu is outdated as is the ambience and vibe of the restaurant. I felt like I was time time travelling back to the late 90s. The only thing that wasn't retro were the prices. Won't be returning.

The service was great and nothing was too difficult. Lovely atmosphere. We were reserved a table right next to the fire :-) and the food was amazing. Thank you everyone.

The restaurant served lovely food and they have great service. This restaurant is a local for us and we will be back in the future.

This place never lets me down. Well priced meals, great service, yum food and the perfect place for a few Friday night beers in alfresco area. Definitely recommend as a premium place in Werribee.
