Truly disappointing - they confirmed and last minute called to say they are fully booked. Please don’t offer online booking if u cannot manage your restaurant properly.

Peking duck only gives you a few slides and San Choi bao doesn't have much duck meat. They use whole duck for several customers. Other dishes are very ordinary.

food is good but expensive so it's not value for money. I have been to heaps other similar restaurants with same great kind of food but much cheaper and with great service. service here is very bad. waiters ignore people and always showing a poker face. next time I will go elsewhere.

I wish the staff could be friendly. Say something like how are you, long time no see, merry Christmas etc. Smiles are essential. How wonderful if the staff serve happily and I eat happily.

Love the big, round Tables. They’re perfect for large groups and the food is delicious ! Always so fresh, tasty and hot !

Atmosphere is good, not noisy. Good parking. Food are excellent. Staffs are friendly and welcoming.

Have been to Phoenix many times for Yum Cha (breakfast/lunch) and have always been impressed, but never for dinner. Al-la carte menu surprisingly small and pricey, but food was very nice with generous portions. Service was good by some wait-staff but very awkward by others and requests for some condiments needed to be repeated, and our selection from the wine list needed to be expressly shown to the waiter who then proceeded to keep his finger next to the item as he took the wine list to the bar to fulfil.

As usual, consistantly excellent service. Best Chinese food in Sydney.Always fresh , full of flavour,decent portions. No fuss, service. Always go back to the Phoenix, for any special events.

We had a great meal except for our duck and taro hotpot, not much taste and the duck was dry.

Took one hour until we were asked for our orders. We were served tea initially however were not asked for any drink orders so we just walked to Coles and bought some bottles of wine and were back and drank two bottles (group of 9) by the time we were asked for our orders.
