Enjoyable evening. Busy because of Mothers day so service was a little slower than normal but no concerns.

We have eaten in the bistro quite a few times. My husband and I had the risotto which was soo disappointing. Never have we had risotto made with boiled rice, barely cooked red onion and tasteless. I do hope this review is shown to your

Such a great experience! We were a last minute booking of 18 for a family dinner. James and his team thoughtfully seated us away from the busy trivia night crowd, the service was friendly and very efficient, the menu was extensive and everyone one enjoyed their meals. Being ‘Parma night’ was a bonus! The staff went out of their way to make sure we had a great night. Thanks so much.

This was our 4th or 5th visit and we were very pleased with most of the meals. However 2 people had the pumpkin and beetroot salad and were disappointed, mostly it consisted of baby spinach, heaps of it and not much else. Not much value in it at $23. Other 3 meals were great.

A new experience turned out trumps. All of the five share plates were excellent except for the chips which were soggy with the bacon sauce at the bottom. Crisp is better for us, & my partner doesn’t eat pork. Music was quite deafening for two birthday phone calls and too cold & windy to go to chat on phone outside! Otherwise nice staff, choice of dishes chosen were surprisingly good. Good prices. We will be returning!!!

The wait staff were great, however the rockling was small for 36.00.

Unfortunately, we choose a night where there seemed to be a few large groups. So noise level was higher than usual. Ordered two steaks exactly the same, only one came out with incorrect sauce. Ask about the other one and said will be soon. 10 minutes later asked again, to be told the order was only placed for one steak. 25 minutes later after the others had finished eating, a hurried steak, not cooked properly, cold chips and different salad presented. By this time it was nearly 9pm and our booking was at 7. Money refunded but overall experience not great.

Portions were small for the price. Food lacked finish - no parmesan with pasta or salad, no spoon. Almost no prawn or calamari in p&c salad and only rocket, no other leaves. Disappointing.

Party of 6 Meals didn't all come together so a couple were almost finished before the last person got their meal Thought my meal was very average
