Es Cendol
Classic Indonesian iced dessert of silky green pandan noodles, rich coconut milk, palm sugar syrup, served over shaved ice.
Es Selendang Mayang
Nostalgic Betawi dessert of soft, colourful rice cakes, reimagined with mungbean, rice, and sago flour. Topped with creamy coconut milk, condensed milk, and cocopandan syrup, served over shaved ice.
Es Pisang Ijo
Beloved Makassar specialty featuring ripe bananas encased in soft pandan rice cake, bubur sumsum (coconut custard thickened with rice flour), a drizzle of banana syrup and sweetened condensed milk, served over shaved ice.
