Great food good value,the only hiccup was had to ask for water twice and still waited awhile for it to come,would not let that put you off the food is worth it

As always a good feed and good value for money. A bit noisey and a bit tight but the Boat was sensational. Food tasted fresh and enough for 4 with a couple of extras.

Great food. Always fresh and plenty of it. Would be nice if they removed entree plates before bringing out mains and not finding enough space.

We’ve lived in Vermont for 20 years and didn’t know about Sapporo until this week. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The service was spot on. A fantastic find for us and so close to home. Well be back. 😍

My 10 year old grandson had the 'boat' to share with his Mother. To see him totally enjoy everything on the boat was fantastic. We had six people in our group. The only one thing I could say, was not all meals came out together. My grandson had to wait quite awhile, but the outcome was great to see.

I have eaten in a lot of Japanese restaurants in Japan and been spoilt by really good quality fish. I found the sashimi platter very limited in range, and quite tasteless. I was disappointed with the food. I have had excellent Sashimi in several places in Melbourne, but not here. The service was pleasant, and the ambience your typical suburban non romantic environment.

We had a family birthday dinner and the food was delicious. We had a banquet for the six of us and swapped one of the dishes which a lot of restaurants don't allow you to do. Staff was great and we will definitely go back.

We’ve been coming here for years and really like Sapporo. However our last visit was very underwhelming. Service was slow and very unfriendly, food came out slow (however it all tasted delicious). We had to flag staff down for drinks and to order and felt like they were purposely trying to avoid eye contact. There were 2 or 3 other tables when we first arrived however as the evening progressed there were more like 7 or 8 tables. They seemed to have enough front of house staff but unsure on back o house staff.

Food was very good. Service was excellent. The only negative was each course came out to fast would have like small breaks in-between.
