Schnithouse - Elizabeth

Tried a wrap on this visit and unfortunately not as good as normal quality. Will stick the the schnitzel next time.

It took a long time to get our food. The chips were old looked like they were refried and oily. Staff seemed overworked and understaffed. Hasn't changed for the better

Amazing schnitzels and toppings. Was cooked perfectly and all the staff had smiles and were friendly. Highly recommended.

Extremely poor service from the Wait and Bar staff. No communication and unnecessary waiting. I believe this is a hit or miss place, depending on what staff are on.

Slow service and had to chase up drink orders. Thought on table ordering would be quicker, but clearly not

We arrived 5 mins early and were shown to a table for 10 people even though I booked for six. It wasn’t set. Waitress said she’d come back with settings and didn’t. We had to ask for these when our food arrived. The line up to order food was ten people long. Serve drinks separately, that’s what takes up your time! One of our guests didn’t get his meal until we had all finished eating and after asking twice where it was. You need smaller entree plates because the serves on the large plates look silly. The food was okay but definitely not as good as last time we visited. Sorry guys, room for improvement!

Food servings were huge, probably too big as I hate wasting food. Staff really friendly even though very obviously understaffed.

It’s your typical family restaurant with a lot of chatter and kids, pretty standard pub-type meals with good serving sizes and an interesting range of random schnitzel types and toppings. You get exactly what you’re expecting.

We were greeted at the door straight away and shown to our table. The restaurant was quite busy, but our food came out very quickly, and all the meals were perfectly cooked and delicious. The staff were all cheerful and polite.

Weekday lunch menu is great value. The barramundi in the fish burger tasted very fresh.
