Sedap Place restaurant

Introduced two overseas visitors for lunch and they thoroughly enjoyed the experience, Tried several dishes on the menu and all got the tick of approval; only thing the mee goreng was too sweet!

Tasty food at reasonable prices. Always busy but staff are attentive and like to please. From the mix of diners it's obvious that the restaurant is popular with younger people.

Tasty food and well presented. Attentive staff and relaxed atmosphere. Prices are reasonable hence the high turnover - hopefully this won't change. The ABC ice kachang is OK.

Food was fantastic. Loved the flavors. Staff could be more proactive. For example they could Ask if you would like something else, food drinks etc.

The food was amazing, the service was great and to top it off it was great value for money due to the generous serving sizes.

Great food, great service, byo too, try if you have not been here before. You will not be disappointed. Book ahead if it is a weekend.

It was our first time at Sedap Place, great service, food were delicious, improvement of fried rice that slightly oily and portion of char koay teow seem to be small for the price.

Everything on the menu is worth a try and do compliment your selection with a teh tarik .. you will be absolutely delighted with the taste as it is truly Sedap!

The laksa was a tad too salty and service was mediocre. Wait staff should be trained on how to deal with a negative customer's response to How was your meal if you want to build a loyal following. I'd give this place another shot and try their rice dishes next time before i make a final decision.

Great food and service. Portion sizes for the nasi lemak and kuay teow wanton soup were generous and tasty. Service was quick, polite and friendly.

Great Rendang Nasi Lemak and pratas. Curry laksa was not good. Too oily. Service was prompt and helpful. Modern Decor but Air con needs servicing. It was max 30C today but felt as warm inside.

Delicious food that is very well priced. Great atmosphere and very helpful staff. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for good food on a budget

very busy as it was Chinese New year and lots happening in Victoria Park. Big choice on the menu and very reasonable prices. no corkage and a fun night.

It was such a beautiful dinner on a Valentine's Day. Me and my friends enjoyed it thoroughly. We were delighted and definitely going back again. Service was super fast and everything tasted just so delicious. Yuuum...😊👍

We arrived on time and the table was ready for us. Friendly Staff, clean environment, and decent food. Their Teh Tarik is one of the best in Perth.

Sedap Place’s Foods are good and very large portion at a very reasonable price. Their services are good and their food are delivered very fast.

The restaurant and food were nicely presented. Regarding the food, it was good, but not the best I've had hence the slight mark down! Still recommended for a nice dinner with family/friends.

Everything was good, especially the roti canai, roti telur and mee goreng :) We ordered the KL tower (teh tarik) and the teh tarik tasted a bit weird? There were 6 of us at the table we mutually agreed that the proportion of tea + condensed milk seemed off and there seemed to be more tea than milk, leaving a weird aftertaste in the mouth and it wasn't as smooth as how it should be. I remember ordering by the glass last year and it tasted much better.

2 nd time I have had dinner here. Exceptional food and service worth the drive across the river.. will go again and take more friends to this place for good taste of maylasian food

Went for lunch, a bit stuffy as they did not turn the ac on and slow when serving the drink, otherwise everything is fairly good. staff was helpful. overall is good.

Good Asian food, recommend the char koay teow and Roti. Desserts came out very slow after the mains. Will definitely go back again. 3.5 stars/5 stars

Never have been disappointed. Authentic Malaysian food was what I was looking for and I am very satisfied. Your teh trek tastes like the genuine one. Services is good too.

Fast, friendly, cosy & efficient service. Great Malaysian food & drinks. Even my Kiwi wife was impressed. Seating arrangements quite good, unlike other jampacked places. Airconditioning could be a bit better.

good service with well priced food. Lots of customers, nice atmosphere....... butter bread is fantastic, noddles are fresh, the only thing I am not happy with is the taste of cabbage.

Good service just a little put off at the end when I claimed my 10% off the bill, as advertised for that day. We ended up paying the regular non discounted price since it was a public holiday, 10% off the what was already put on as the 10% public holiday surcharge 🙄 Not a nice surprise right at the end of a nice meal..

This was our second visit and the food is ABSOLUTELY amazing, authentic and was worth the drive from the northern suburbs. The wait staff and servers were amazing and lovely and were always pleasant.

From a European background I am a big fan of chilli. My favourite laksa restaurant closed down 3 years ago so I was super excited to see you had laksa.... unfortunately it was too creamy.

Nice casual dining place, but you can never stay there for too long due to the queue out there, you would feel bad! Other than that, it’s all good!

Consistently good, the food is good. Staff are friendly and the price is right. Always worth a visit. We will be back with out doubt

We went again the other night, just can't get enough of the place! The food, the service - all of it is always so good. Can't wait to get back there again :)

Have eaten here a few times. Service was a bit under average this time - one waitress looked especially grumpy on the day. Had to personally ask for water towards the end of our meals as we were never offered any. Air con didn’t seem to be working efficiently that day so eating lunch wasn’t very pleasant, had to go to another venue to escape the heat after lunch.

Amazing Malaysian food. Fast service and really good staff. Portions are big and works well to share or eat individually. Prices are well priced. Very nice atmosphere too!

Love this restaurant - the sharing platter is fantastic and such good value, is definitely enough to feed 3 people! Restaurant is a bit hot though, better air con required :)

Am absolutely in love with the food at this restaurant! It's always so quick and the food is amazing, best addition to the Albany Hwy strip, we'll be back :)

We love this place! Already booked our next dinner there tomorrow night! It's great value, food is fantastic and staff are always friendly....just all round a winner place to eat :)
