Their customer service was brilliant, very attentive, polite and friendly. I had my birthday sorbet which was so nice. Love the atmosphere like playing nice Japanese music. The only thing that we were not sure about the price/value of the meat. The marble beef was sliced as thin as prosciutto. It gets cooked so quick as well as unsatisfying. I was hungry after the meat and didn't feel like paying another $14 to get thin sliced beef.

Went for ala carte cause we had people in our party who weren’t keen on a buffet - buffet would probably be better value. Overall an enjoyable experience. The wagyu beef was good!

I have always had a wonderful experience here on previous occasions and this was no exception. As always the service was outstanding and food exquisite. I brought new visitors with me and it was great to also see their positive response from a new perspective.

All staff wearing masks, yet they weren't wear gloves for the food prep. If you're going to overreact to something like a little flu, do it properly. Service was very poor last night, along with the wait times. No ones seemed to care among the team.

Wagyu beef was good, all the other ones are over priced as the serving size is very small. They even restrict the siting time in the restaurant even we did not get buffet. And it is not that busy at all. It is very odd!!! Won’t be back.

A few things for owners of the restaurant to be aware of. Service is quite slow and the speed of the food brought out is slower than other venues I have attended. Big selection on the menu the meats are good. A few of side dishes were a let down for the price point. The airconditioning was switched off and didn’t provide adequate cooling. We are not sure if we would revist again...

Great range of menu options and good quality across most sampled. Service a bit lacking as we were not sure how it worked with cooking our own dishes and working the table bbq and no one really offered to talk us through getting the best experience.

Service this time was extremely slow and waiters practically seemed nonexistent when you called out for them. Pretty disappointing this time around. Would not recommend the buffet as the raw food takes approximately more than 25 minutes to arrive in the total span of the 90 minute buffet duration.

Take very long for dish to arrive while the dish is just slices of pork belly for BBQ which won’t take time at all.

Incredible meat quality and great atmosphere with an interesting layout which required us to remove our shoes leaving us reminscient of Japan.
