Was not able to book in tourist spots so booked this restaurant in a office building. Food and vibe were quite different. Still managed to try their paella but very dry.

Place was a bit hard to find as it was not on Bourke street, entry was via William street. Food were great and service was excellent.

Great service and wonderful food. Served in a measured way meant we never felt rushed. The quality was excellent as was the choice of wine for an overall pleasant lunch. Only downside was the restaurant was a bit chilly as there was a cool wind and the door remained open. Will definitely go there again though.

My husband, my 17 year old son and I are eating our way around the world, sampling international cuisines of a weekend. Hands down, “Simply Spanish” has been the best by far. The 2 waitresses & waiter were friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Great experience.

Good food, lively atmosphere, good choices for vegetarians and others.

The food and service was good, however the staff were rude when we advised that we needed to pay with a mix of cash and credit cards. The restaurant was quite empty yet staff attitude was that they did not want our business if it required them to take a few moments to process our bill. We will not dine there again and suggest that groups avoid the restaurant.

Seafood paella was delicious and has lots of fresh seafood - good value for money

Took forever to get our charcuterie plate (45 min). We waited 1.5 hours for the seafood paella, which had no crust at all along the bottom and was quite bland.

Was a bit hard to find as the entry is off William street however once got there greeted with friendly staff. Wasn’t a busy night therefore wasn’t a long wait for our meals. Very tasty! Seafood Paella was amazing.
