Great food & decor. Excellent list of specials offered. Only downfall on this occasion was the service which was a little erratic. My third visit and has been consistently good each visit.

Very good food, our waiter was excellent also. I would love a few more vegetarian options, but the ones they do have were very tasty.

Delicious food, beautiful interiors and great service! It was very handy to see photos of the specials on an iPad/phone when the waitress presented them to us and they were SO good by the way! Staff were flexible with us as we had to push back our booking, and the space reserved for us was also really great as we had a booking of 9, so the private space toward the back was very much appreciated by all. Slower than usual service with this visit has prompted a slightly lower rating than previous reviews. It was a busy night but there should have been more staff to compensate. The meal was, as usual, very good,

Perfection! The Staff were knowledgeable on menu, good selection of specials, decor and ambience great, beverage and cocktail list and food sensational. Will definitely go back!

Staff were a little short and rude. Made us feel like we were an inconvenience. Food was terrific though. some of the best beef Pho I have had in Sydney!

Nothing to fault at SO.9 in Danks Street Alexandria. 6pm booking on a Thursday, easy parking on street (but there is the option of undercover parking in the building, 90 minutes free). Great presentation of the restaurant (they just won an international award for restaurant design). Interesting range of dishes, well sorted on the menu. Green Papaya & beef salad is a knockout, perfect little heat bite from some chilli in the sweet,sour, tangy dressing - mmmmm ! Generous serves for sharing plates, ranging from $15-22 a plate - 4 of us had either a beer (Ha Noi lager) or a boutique alcoholic Ginger Beer, we were very well satisfied for $188 for 4 of us - great value IMHO - we will definitely return !

Great interior design and very tasty food, if you like it hot go for the spicy beef noodles. The salt and pepper cuttlefish was also delicious.

The atmosphere is light and breezy, we had a table in a quiet area and the food was delishious. The staff were charming and helpful. We weren't rushed and the dishes were perfectly timed so we were able to savour everything. There was a large table next to us, yet spaced well so there was no noise interference. Will definitely return.

We loved our dinner at So9, 4 adults and 2 kids. Great service, great space and delicious healthy food! Kids had chicken and rice which was good to have a plan option.

Very relaxed environment with good menu of delicious Vietnamese food. Service was great. For those with kids, the 5.30pm opening time for dinner is also a winner.

Great food and even better service. The duck rice paper rolls are incredible. Didn't enjoy the crispy chicken special all the mini pancake special though. Cocktails were amazing too!

Lovely meal , not too busy on a Sunday night. Don't miss the desserts! Only slight negative table next to us had two noisy kids.

So9 was soGood! Best pho I've had in a long time. And what an elegant decor! The staff were also very patient and helpful with the menu and providing our kids with kid-friendly bowls and cutlery without needing to be prompted. Will most definitely go back again.

Really enjoyed the atmosphere and the decor. My meal took a lot longer than the others I was eating with so be warned the pancake will be more of a wait.
