Over-priced food, slow and chaotic service, cold drinks served warm, beligerent cashier. Eventhough I love spicy hot foodI i only gave it Overall 2 out of 6 because of poor service and only one out of the three mains was tasty and balanced and worthy of the price. We took the 3rd main home in a plastic container because it came out very late. What really soured the evening was when we paid the cashier he didnt say thank you or goodbye. He also insisted on charging an extra 1% and argued that my debit card was a credit card.. but when the $140 transaction went through my savngs account without a pin he didnt apologise or offer a refund..... I liked the self serve ordering system which uses tablet entry however it is unusable by non chinese speakers. Some of the staff were friendly and offered us a consolation desert for the lateness of the 3rd main. The rice came out 10 minutes after they served the 1st main. The spring rolls came out after the 2nd main and the 3rd main didn't come out until after we had finished eating. Even harder to take when paying around $30 for a main dish that predominantly consisted of onion. We didn't complain but didnt feel welome either.
If you like spicy asian cuisine, this restaurant is a must!!
Very satisfied with their food service & drinks highly recommended
Great food but could have done without the noisy music.
it's my favourite food, and one of the best in Sydney for Sichuan; been going here for years.
The food was good but the ambiance and hall hygiene need improvement given the price point.
Acceptable standard food, dubious value for money. Service merely adequate.
Great food. Even the mild rated food, is a little spicy- which is terrific if you like spice. The service was a bit of a let down with the person being a bit grumpy- no smiles. But cannot fault the food at all- very happy with it!
Waiter was originally rude when tellling us that we must pre-book by phone (not app) if we want to have the buffet during lunchtime. We ate and tried to forget the incident. Fortunately there was no one else in the restaurant so we had a long and relaxed group lunch.
The food was excellent and the staff were very accommodating of dietary requirements and food allergies. We went as a large group and will most definitely be going back.
