Food and service were to a great standard. The lunch time menu was great with a specials list that was very affordable and still top notch. Will be coming back 😁

Fish and chips yum as always, chicken parmigiana was quite dry and stringy unfortunately. But will be back as suspect this was just a once off.

This restaurant is always spot on. Food service friendliness ambiance - ticks every box. Great pricing too, lunch & drinks for two, $59!! Bargain !! :)

Food excellent, service much better than average. Always a pleasure to lunch or dine at Steel Tree which I have been doing at least once a week for over a year.

Fantastic food and service. $12 lunch specials are great. A great place to enjoy the ocean views. Close to the park so the grand children can go and play after a very filling lunch.

Food was lovely and generous servings. They accommodated the children's request for cheese pizza even though it is not on the menu. Customer service was very good also.

Service was fab as usual however, th fillet steak wasn't great this time. Overcooked and tough. It's one of our regulars so we will definitely be back. We had a buy one get one free main meal voucher, so that smoothed it over somewhat, but if it had been full price, I would have had to have said something. Everybody has an off day, right?

Ordered the arancini which was.really nice had the new york sirloin which was cooked well only complaint was chips where a bit to salty and i love salty food so that is saying something service was good will be bac

Slow service waited 30 minutes for our starter which came with main meal had to ask numerous times for drinks. Coffee was hot and good

In 5 years of going there, last night's meal was the worst ever. The steak should have been medium, but was mainly very rare a very fatty, for both of us. Plus I had asked that the additional garlic prawns be a side dish, but they were dumped on top of the steak in bernaise sauce.

lovely food and atmosphere would highly recommend for sunday breakfast.. owners are lovely people and the eggs benedict are to die for...i always order extra sauce hehe

Dinner was delicious. Bit disappointed in the size of the salt and pepper squid. Is a starter but was ordered as a main after being told there was a lot. Rib eye fillet cook to perfection and just the way I requested. The roast veges that came with it were divine and was able to take it home and enjoyed another meal. Service was great, staff are friendly but don't over bother you and interrupt. 9/10 for the whole afternoon

My husband enjoyed the sundries tomato risotto, whilst I opted for the carbonara pasta. As it's a rather rich meal, I would have preferred vegetable to balance it out. Had to resort to stealing my husband's brocollini and couldn't eat the oversized plateful of food. Took the leftovers home for dinner tonight. Having eaten at the Steel Tree several times, we would like to see a change in the menu. The friendly staff and great location makes it a favourite treat of ours, especially for breakfast or lunch.

Good service, food was delicious and the atmosphere was really pleasant. We will definitely come here again. Recommended. Especially for the free main meal deal.

I was only after a light lunch. My order was as expected and satisfied my requirement. The staff were friendly. I would go back again.

The service was great. But the food was not the best. Our fish was left too long in the pan it had a hard crust on the bottom and was hard to cut through with a knife and the fish was way over cooked.

Casual dining with a relaxed atmosphere, not a huge restaurant but good location and good service, im a regular, always fresh food served and cold drinks

Always enjoy the meals and the staff are friendly and polite. We usually go for lunch with friends to have the lunch special but buy wine and have dessert.

Nice family restaurant good atmosphere, lovely location, good service & nice food, only negative was that the food wasn't hot enough when it was served & we watched it sitting out for a while before it came

The food and service was amazing tonight for my mums birthday! We will definitely come back again. The food was fresh and I'm not usually one to eat dessert but I did tonight! Thankyou for making this night a special one 😊

Efficient service. Did not have to wait long for the food to be brought to the table, the staff were friendly .Will certainly go back again. As the lod saying goes when on a good thing stick to it.

The floor staff were lovely, but unfortunately the experience was not. We were only just about halfway through our entree when the main meals began to get brought to the table. We sent them away as we were nowhere near ready since still eating first course. Our meals were taken and placed under the servers warming light. We watched them sit there. Once we finished our entrees the waitress picked up those same meals and brought them to the table. Our meals had sat there for 15 minutes by this time. The meals were all cold and we sent them back, advising we were not happy that they re-served us meals that had sat for 15 minutes, the waitress asked us if we had timed it, and we told her we had! The serving manager came over and apologised advising she would have fresh meals made and that this should not have happened. We waited for our meals to be made and eventually the "fresh" meals were brought out. One steak meal was cooked beautifully, but had the wrong sauce! The fish meals were terrible and we couldn't eat them, the fish was tasteless and soggy. And the others steak meal was forgotten altogether! Front end staff were very apologetic and attempted to make amends and compensate us with a discount! Will never go back to this restaurant and would not recommend to others.

great service good people. great prices. will definitely go back there again. have visited both Baldivis and Rockingham and found them to be excellent value

Went for breakfast and it was great! The food was lovely, the drinks very nice (especially the iced chocolate)! The service was fantastic. The staff were very patient and accommodating, especially when we turned up with 4 baby prams.

The poached eggs were overcooked but the coffee was perfect, the service was timely and the Hollandaise sauce was delicious. Would recommend The Steel Tree to anyone.

Delicious food, superb service and excellent value. I love this place. Thank you for helping to make my 50th birthday family lunch special. Would definitely come back again.

The food was amazeballs!! Very generous portions.... and the garlic bread to die for. Friendly staff, who knew their menu and how it was put together... I was impressed. We chose to sit outside on a warm evening, which was lovely. Only real complaint was the rubbish blowing around our feet, not your fault as it had obviously blown in from the street.

Had the special for lunch honey chicken with crispy noodle salad. A beautiful meal and great service. Booking a must for lunch and dinner otherwise just roll in for coffee and cake

Fab location, large filling and delicious meal. Perfect location for an evening summer meal. Attentive staff. The only minor fault if you could say it is was there wasn't enough ice in my partners bourbon, but once we asked for more ice it was done straight away. Will be back again for sure!!!

Try the Oysters Kilpatrick. Best in Rockingham. Ask for the tobasco bottle though. Meals are well priced, services is excellent. Not a great selection of meals, but they prepare what they do serve very well
