Waiters/waitresses were great. However 1 guy asked for a coffee with 2 sugars . It was given to the wrong person. They had a few sips and said I think you’ve got mine. He asked for another one . Then when they brought out the replacement it once again had 2 sugars. Also there were 8 of us and meal were all brought out at different times. The first 2 guys had already finished their meals and 3 of us hadn’t even received ours. Very disappointing as we’d had a friend come down from qld and been told your place was quality.

The food quality was superb! We all really enjoyed all our meals. The unicorn and the biscoff crazy shakes were also absolutely delicious! Service was fantastic and staff were so friendly. We are definitely going back again soon! Highly recommend this restaurant!

The fiid is always excellent as is the service. Can get very noisy when full.

Service was not very hospitable - had to ask for water, twice. Food was average, especially for the cost. I would have ordered a coffee after my meal but the waiter/owner? took too long to come and ask after we finished eating. They don’t split bills - and we were the only ones left in the restaurant when leaving so it’s not like they were that busy. Won’t go back again.

We drove an hour and a half to visit here and the staff couldn't have been more accommadating. It was my son's birthday and we were visiting iFly for his party. My son had specifically requested no cake this year, as he had seen their Ferrero Rocher special shake, but upon ordering we were informed they no onger did them. My son was devastated.... Most venues would have left it at that, but no, the manager went off shopping and not long later a super shake was delivered to our table. I spent more than 20 years in hospitality management and it was so good to be on the end of amazing hospitality, with good old fashioned service values! We will definitely be back and will be more than happy to drive 50km to enjoy the food, staff and service.

Nice place but music so loud I could not hear my friends talk. I had beef burgers that were so overcooked you couldn’t see the meat for the charcoal. Left most.

only Received one piece of toast with 2 poached eggs, I asked for an extra one and was charges $4.00. When paying the bill they wanted us to pay double the amount instead of $62.00 they requested $116 and the girl was extremely rude, when I questioned the bill she did not apologise. Definitely will never go back. will not recommend . My flat white was half froth and was disappointed and with my company was embarrassed to return........
