Food was tasty albeit rather mass produced. We were unfortunately seated in a thoroughfare - however the restaurant atmosphere is open in the shopping centre atrium - not an enclosed typical Italian restaurant. Service efficient and pleasant. Well patronised

average the service was slow but food was nice the suave was nice but acidic ie felt like it had been reduced too much ( really concentrated)

Have had many repeat visits and it's always the same great food and service, at a very reasonable price....and it's BYO.!!

My husband and I have ordered delivery from Terrazza, through a delivery partner a few times and it’s always been delicious. Tonight was our first time actually dining in the restaurant and it was absolutely sensational! The garlic prawns were to die for and the pizzas (Margherita and Diavola) were sublime. Transported us right back to one of our favourite countries to visit, Italy. Service was top notch too! We highly recommend visiting Terrazza!

We had arancini balls, calamari and pizza which were all excellent, however we've been going to Terrazza since it first opened in the Concourse and are disappointed at the now very limited menu. They used to do great mains - veal, fish, chicken etc and seem to have done away with these altogether.

Great food and initial service was fantastic; the wait for the main meal, however, was longer than acceptable and we had to ask for its progress. Brilliant that parking is free after 6.00 pm. I would be happy to give it a second visit.

Food was delicious, service whilst friendly was disappointing. Pre-dinner drinks arrived after our entree and it felt like we were rushed through our meal. Will give it another try based on the quality of the meals.
