Food was wrong, service was ordinary and long wait times
Had a lovely and way too much roast buffet. Delicious and filling. The brownie for dessert was to die for. 👌
Such a Gem in the Valley, everything was fabulous. We had the Sunday Night Roast Buffet which was really lovely & even includes a delicious dessert. Ticked all the boxes for taste, choice & price. Enjoyed every last mouthful & also awesome drink choices. Best bit though the awesome owners & staff who are so welcoming, made our night! Can't wait to go back.
Had a great time food was very good value and the staff were excellent
The menu had changed quite s but since last visit and was very limited but it was well prepared and service was good

5 people for lunch waited three quarters of an hour for entrees. Two mains came out together waited a quarter of an hour for another two. The fifth main came later after we asked where it was. And the food really wasn't that nice.
The food was great. A great selection of beers. The wait staff where great they knew there stuff. I will be going back.
Arrived to a greeting from a flustered staff member indicating how under the pump they were. Was advised there would be a half hour wait for food, ended up being an hour. One of the orders didnt come with everything indicated on the menu. We sat near the pizza cook who was being continually told he was making mistakes. We were glad we didn’t order pizza
Lovely atmosphere, great staff, delicious food. We'll be back again soon.
Warm and inviting in front of the open fire on a cold winters day! Service was faultless.
The service was average at best, setting was lovely but food was not worth the price paid.
Relaxed warm atmosphere, food and beer was superb! Perfect as a couple, family or group.
Awesome Dire Straits tribute show, excellent dinner and service, superb hosts
Would highly recommend this restaurant for food and service. Excellent
This was our first visit... super friendly staff great atmosphere and excellent food. We will certainly be going back.
Been here before and had a good experience. Bit disappointed this time. Only some drinks on our order arrived, had to go and ask for the others🙁. There was pepper on my grandsons kids pizza and my husband told them. Staff were chatting about his complaint and the rest of our party was passing really poor form. I ate some of the pizza and it had pepper on it not soot from the pizza oven! My elderly father ordered a wine spritzer to be told they don’t do that what the heck, so we ordered a red wine and soda water and made our own. Sorry but we won’t be back anytime soon, feeling disappointed, we go out for a nice experience and that’s all I want. Your waitresses were all pleasant just lacked direction and experience I think.
The service and food where amazing, we will be back for sure! Our new favourite place in the Swan Valley!
Extremely nice staff. Great beer. The food was just ok.
Awesome Sunday breakfast. Beautiful setting, food was delicious & plentiful. Staff were lovely which made our visit even better. Highly recommend.
Our second visit, hoping it would be better than our first. Unfortunately not. Forgot our drinks, forgot things off our order. Waffles cold & served with flavoured maple syrup, no salad as a main meal and grilled fish tiny. A beautiful setting, it’s a shame the food and service wasn’t.
Person in charge continually told us how stressed she was and apologised for the new waiter, although we thought he did a good job! She made us feel uncomfortable for being there! Food was reasonable but we thought a bit expensive for what we got!
Food ok beer was over priced setting very nice not sure if go again rather over priced for food as well
Food was lovely and service was great. Will definitely return
Very happy with everything. will endeavor to go back again.
Went for a Friday lunch, very quiet which was great. Food and service exceptional. Highly recommend it. Will go again with NO hesitation.
Even though they had a chef walk out that morning, they were still under-staffed. The food suffered a bit because of the pressure in the kitchen, (meals being overcooked) but the kitchen staff did their best to keep up. We waited an hour after ordering to get our meals. I feel the meals and drinks are slightly overpriced for their quality and quantity. Staff did their best to keep smiling amid the pressure. Will come back, but hopefully the circumstances will be different, so that I can review it properly. Don't want this experience dampen what could be a great little spot for lunch.
Lovely place , great staff and food . Would definitely recommend
Excellent food and wine and incredibly friendly staff and owners. Would recommend this to anyone for a beautiful lunch in beautiful surroundings....
Breakfast in the Valley! Our friendly French waiter of a tasty breakfast and became our very knowledgeable, funny and personable wine tasting server. Apparently it's not his normal job, but it should be! His knowledge of wines, their background and development of the valley was encouraged by our group (who have good knowledge of grape growing and wines etc) which helped. Other cellar doors tend to dumb down their spiel to tourists who come for a drink, this young guy altered his info to suit us and our questions, which we enjoyed and that translated into us buying more wines!!
Booked for 21 people, pre booked our meals which all came out promptly together, nice atmosphere with wood fire to keep warm.
Food was lovely and we all got our food at the same time as we preordered as recommended by Simone- friendly staff and lovely premises
We really enjoyed a lovely and quiet Thursday lazy lunch. We enjoyed the food and some unique drinks, plus our host's (the owner) service was amazing.
A little noisy when we arrived, but after a few words the staff quickly turned the music down. Very attentive and knowledgeable wait staff; efficient but not overbearing. Food was good, as expected. The wine choice and beer were good. Overall great setting and good value. We'll be back.
Regular at this place. Like the range of Belgian Beers, staff and nice food.
Great food, good, friendly service good in a nice setting.
Great spot. Good menu and reasonable prices, but they were definitely lacking in staff, as the food service was slow.
Great food, location and very good service made thus a very enjoyable lunch. Tganjyiu
Fireball pizza , desert and rose wine was all great. Very pleasant sitting outside as well.
Many thanks to Simone, Tony and all the wonderful staff for our group booking yesterday. Sitting outside was wonderful and all our guests raved about what a great afternoon they had. :-) We'll be back next Saturday. :-)
