One of my favourite places in the swan valley, off the main road so don't get the noise of the traffic. A bit warm sitting outside that day but my Chicken and Avocado burger was very nice and the lemon meringue pie was delicious along with the superb vanilla icecream. tried the Chenin blanc but preferred the semillion. great venue, lovely service and the staff were very attentive. we will be back
Great service from the waiter. He really accommodated our family's needs... and the Belgian waffles were great.
Food lovely. Wait staff very attentive. We will be back.
It hasn’t changed much from its Chester’s environment. A bit wooden and severe. Service was good and we enjoyed the food but the Belgian pie was a little too sweet. Overall it was OK and we will go again.
Amazing steak!!! Friendly staff. Overall a great cheerful experience. Definitely would return
Great location and good service. Good lunchtime menu and attentive, but not intrusive, waiter. Very observant (water, extra bread etc) without asking. Good value food for four of us (shared pizza and shared ploughman's) and then shared desert selection. Great location, good service and good value. We will return. RogerL Ocean Reef
Absolutely loved it. Great spot for a Sunday afternoon / lunch
The wine was lovely, the food was ordinary, the staff were attentive.
Felt the staff were really trying hard, but a little more training wouldn't go amiss. They were all very nice and working hard, just a little under the pump.
Beautiful scenery and great atmosphere. Staff friendly and food is fantastic.
Great location food took so long to come out and was over cooked. Was really disappointed in the restaurant had high hopes for the restaurant
Very enjoyable evening at the Abbey with the family. Great food, exceptional service (thanks Daniel) and priced well. We will definitely be back soon. Thanks
Staff polite but rather busy. Stuffed chicken breast very dry with mushy over roasted egg plant and a dried up mushroom on top. Garlic pizza bread flowing with oil but okay. Rather long hair in strawberry on top of waffles when staff informed dessert was changed. Place very noisy overall below average.
Very good service & food, friendly staff who care about your experience, good range of beer & wines. Smokers are pushed well away from the dining area which is awesome.
Was a bit disappointed with the average food - restaurant not full but mains that we wanted had run out. The desert profiteroles very dry. This place was recommended to me some time ago and believed it would be more of a fine dining experience but very casual so better for lunches
Excellent menu from Teeny share bites to light and big meals. Staff very friendly - very relaxed and not too noisy. We will be back! Thank you
We enjoyed a lovely night out, a good atmosphere, good selection of food which was very tasty and wide variety drinks to chose from - with friendly staff, we would love to come back.
