My family consists of 7ppl we drive 2cars when we go to dinner. Myself my husband my father & young son were already at our table. My 23 20 & 17 yr old sons came separately. My 17yr old son was not permitted to come inside even when he was with my oldest son 23yrs old. He was his guardian whilst they were together. We were having dinner for my mother’s 1yr memorial. Underage was entering with an overage person. ???????????????? I’d like an answer to this.

The food was good. The music was a little loud for lunchtime.

Nice food but prices on the high side considering there's no table service with self collection of orders.

Maybe a little overpriced for the meal I received. The sides were ok - sweet potato fries and salt and pepper squid. If I went again I’d only order sides and not a meal.

Pleasant staff, a little slow given the time of day.

The 8 of us were not too impressed this time, we were placed in a dark booth and requested to be moved. Hard to find parking on arrival, very noisy. Food was still nice but probably needs more variety and a little change every now and then. Maybe Daily Specials.

Whilst all staff were lovely, the prices here justify table service. Having two separate queues for food then drink is inconvenient and not customer friendly - feels like the processes here are designed for ease of staff not the customer experience.

After calling to confirm, the courtesy bus didn't arrive so the group decided to walk 20mins instead. Once Jacqui (from the venue) realised, she went out of her way to apologise and also introduced the owner (Ricky) to me - who gave the group of us a free drink. A bad start but remedied with top level of service afterwards.

Great food, great service and nice atmosphere. Definitely would go back again.

It was nice, only negative was it was dark in our booth as light was out and as we where there for a birthday it would have been nice to have the enclosed booth which I was expecting when I booked and rang other than that a lovely nice great food!

Being a Friday night it was extra noisy but we had a private booth and were able to close the door. This didn't completely block out the noise but it made it easier to converse. I love the food at this establishment and have been a few times now. I am looking forward to my next visit.

We were seated right near the counter so when my meal was ready, the lady brought it out to me. The lady at the counter was super friendly and went above and beyond in her role. We made sure to let the manager know that she was a great asset to their team. The food was delicious and we will be returning soon.

We went for a special birthday celebration and took our own cake . The staff decorated and presented it beautifully. Thank you

Service - overall most of the staff were excellent Food - Excellent Only disappointing thing was that the staff were unsure all day what time the different bars opened. We were booked and confirmed for the rooftop to be told thoughout the day that it would be opened at 4.00pm then 5.00pm and was final opened at 6.00pm. ☹️

Pho was not very good as the noodles were all tangled, however the pizza and sweet potato fries were delicious.
