The Kingston Hotel of Richmond is tucked away amongst some beautiful back streets and is where you’ll find a very impressive menu of fresh, modern Australian food. On tree-lined Highett Street, The Kingston Hotel dates back to 1852 and remains every bit as charming as it was then, and you can eat here for lunch as well as dinner. The menu features small delights like the signature spanner crab rolls or the freshly shucked oysters, then there’s larger dishes that hero premium meats and freshly caught seafood, bowls of handmade pasta, juicy steaks and hearty vegetarian creations. The Kingston Hotel is one you ought not to miss in this part of Melbourne, and Richmond can’t get enough. Reservations are wise, particularly at the weekend.

Great waiter (sorry, don't know his name) and friendly service from all. We were the only people in the restaurant section - some people watching footy in the bar - so well able to chat and catch up with my friend after not seeing her for 8 years. Sorry about business being affected during this time though. I think you plan to organise take away food and I will be in that if you do. Lovely place.
Love this quirky pub, friendly staff and great food. Highly recommend the yummy scanner crab rolls, local mussels and fresh pasta. Everything was fresh and tasty in generous portions.
Always enjoy our visits there, very quiet today after a very noisy lunch same time last year. Suited perfectly
