The Rustic Secret Garden

Service was disjointed - Food was late and cold- they forgot my meal - 1hr and 20mins after the order taken- had to ask where my meal was ? Forgot 2nd order of drinks - had to remind them of the order 20 minutes later. Food was lovely, tasty and good prices. Need some work on hospitality.

We were shown to our table and then left alone for about 15 minutes, i had to go and find someone to come and at least take our coffee orders. Wait times for both food and drinks was very long, everything was brought out at different times which meant we were all eating at different times ( 10 of us), and 1 meal had to be completely re cooked which meant that person ate by themselves. Food was average at best, coffee and milkshakes were good.

This is the second time we have gone for lunch, each time has been amazing...the food and service is fantastic. So relaxing for adults plus a lovely little play area for the children.

It was loud but it was very busy due to everyone eating inside due to rain. Not the restaurants fault.

We celebrated my brother in laws 68th birthday here. We were seated in the glass house for lunch. The food & the service was great.

We got there a little early it wasn’t a problem and the food and service exceptional!

Half the steak was cooked perfect the other half was raw and couldn’t eat, went home hungry. Had to wait and wait for our drinks. Drinks should come out first. Hopefully next time will be a better experience

The food was great! The staff could learn to be a little more attentive to customers, but they were friendly.

Beautiful Venue, our first time there for dinner. Entrees were great ! Mains in particular the Greek lamb plate was over cooked. The lamb was tough and dry and the chips were burnt or the oil was old. The side salad and tzatziki was very nice in flavour. Desert - sticky date did not have enough sauce but the rest was okay. Some drinks ordered were not bought out so we have to re order them again. Waitress was impressive and got the orders correct for a booking of 12. If the mains were better quality it would have been a better experience. 5 out of our 12 guests had the lamb . All in all it was a average experience will hopefully be better next time.

great place for a small family gathering. friendly staff and fantastic food!

For a quiet Monday service was slow and share entree arrived with our main meals. Pleasant staff but lacked attention to detail such as cleared half the finished plates and maybe just forgot to come back and collect the rest. Meal was very nice

It was our first time to Rustic sercret garden. The food and service were all outstanding. We definitely will be coming back again

We were a party of 4 adults. The food was excellent and meal sizes were adequate. The only gripe we had was the time taken to be served, also, we ordered hot drinks after our meals which took a over 15mins to come to us so they were cold when we got them. We will definitely be back for another meal and hopefully the staff will be better equipped for busy times.

Food was nice however service staff were highly inexperienced. Cocktails were half full and weak.
