Consistently good food and very helpful staff who will assist you if you're not sure. If you plan to go there, you must have a BBQ meal, a great experience with some good quality cuts of meat

The food was absolutely delicious. My family was really enjoyed. The problem is too noisy compared to other Japanese restaurants. Kenzan, Nobu and Koko are better choices when it comes to dating.

The atmosphere is great and the beef is up to my expectation. I like the service that that they give as the cook some of the beef for us.

The venue is great, we sat out the back in the private room. The food is excellent and also the wine was a good selection.

Sashimi is very fresh. Very nice BBQ wagyu beef. I oredered lux we menu for two. Just the amount is not enough. By the way, pay cash will have a 5% discount

we left as we found a live mouse running around under the table, and the staff didn't seem that fused, really quite disturbing and never again would we go.

My regular for Japanese either lunch and dinner. Never failed and love their lunch bento. Will never stop to coming back

Food was okay but the prices are a little bit high. Services were a quite slow. We have to ask the waiter to take our order twice. Not sure I'll return soon.

Very good service and the meat tastes very good. There ar some of parking infront of the area, very convenient. But the washroom can be better.

Absolutely love the food and service. The flavour and presentation is as close to true Japanese outside of Japan that I have found. We took family that don't normally enjoy Japanese food and they really enjoyed the BBQ. The Tori Karaage chicken and wings were delish. The only thing I thought could have improved our dining experience was water on our table and the pork for BBQ could be little thicker.

Food and service was excellent. We went there last night to celebrate a friend,s birthday. The wagyu melts in your mouth, veggies were fresh, however, not very impressed with the salmon steak, i felt like it was cooked in a basic way-like it was something i can cook at home.

Upon walking into the restaurant i was excited, but that excitement did not last as once we were sat down, there was no explanation of the menus. Further more once we had ordered our Luxe set, no explanation of each item was described to us. When the main star came out, cuts of wagyu. They were still cold and clearly straight from the fridge, this leaving 2/4 cuts we received were more rubbery then I have experienced with Wagyu. The seafood left a lot to be desired and our fruit platter was rushed out even before there was confirmation of the staff that we had finished. Our experience was further dulled as my girlfriend received the bad end of some charcoal in her eye as they were taking the bbq away. When we alerted staff as we were went to pay our bill, we were meet with a "uhh..sorry? did you want pay cash or card" Baffled by the poor response we paid and left with an even more sour taste. I really wanted to like this place but each step of the dinner left me with a more sour taste of the place, the only positive was ambience with the painted walls and lantern lights. After such a poor experience it is no a place that i would recommend to friends or family.

Interesting menu and friendly service and atmosphere. Foie gras with rice very good but wagyu beef rather tough and asparagus had no flavour. Perhaps worth a second visit to try different dishes as the restaurant is very popular.

Take my daugrher For lunch after Good Experience last time lunch with friend. Order same bento really value of money and Have Another Good lunch. Will plan another lunch soon

Been there quite a few times. Food is okay. This time, we ordered some starter, side dish and two Luxe sets. The wagyu yukke has too much sesame oil compared to the past a few times, which is too strong to taste the beef. There was supposed to be ox tongue with 4 different meats by chef's choice with the Luxe sets. However, there were only 2 small slices of the ox tongue. Service is good.

Soymilk shabushabu is a must try and for bbq session, myself like marble 9 wagyu the most rather than any higher ranking ones which was a bit too oily for me though.

We had the charcoal grill up stairs. The food was delicious and great value for money. The ambience is also very nice. The only problem was that they gave us a wrong dish but they replaced it straight away with minimal fuss. I would come back again.

Fantastic quality of meat - you pay for what you get. Foi Gras and black truffle bibimbap is a must try!! Definitely recommend to meat lovers and any foodie. Will definitely come back to try other stuff on the menu.

Very enjoyable lunch and all of the wagyu meat were superb!! The atmosphere of the restaurant and the staff were all very nice. Definitely will be back. Very worth the money.

I visited wagyu ya with family for dinner quite regularly and we always hapoy with the food and service there and this is my first lunch with friends we both had bento and it's great and value of money so definitely will return

Food was great, we loved the hot Udon and wagyu dumplings. Wagyu fingers were amazing, rump was a disappointment - dry, chewy and lacked flavour.
