What’s not to like? This was a casual ladies lunch and the food was as good as or better than many flash seafood restaurants. My calamari was tender and delicious, as was the salad it was served with. Service was friendly

Had a lovely night for my brothers 24th birthday. Sensational food and excellent service, portion sizes and price was great. Lovely atmosphere and great music too! The Chef gave my little brother a shot for his birthday too which was just so generous and made his night. Highly recommend Zegatos!

Zegatos is unlicensed and does not allow BYO, but this is not disclosed on the website. Diners can buy wine at the golf club and take it themselves to the restaurant, but club wine is poor quality and no table service.

Great experience!! Booked a table to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Delicious meals, speedy and polite service. Chatted to the friendly chef. Highly recommend this restaurant!!

Been there a few times now. 2nd last visit was a bit shaky (service and wrong meal) but this time it was great. Delicious guiness pie and pleasant atmosphere.

We had a group of 20 from the Ashgrove Bardon RSL. We were really looked after. Tony the owner/Chef welcomed us and we were looked after amazingly by Grace. The food was outstanding. Thank you so much for a great afternoon.

Having just returned to try out again after some time was very pleased to see menu choices and specials available now. Food was very good and all meals were most enjoyable.

It was busy but things happened quickly. The two waitresses were under pressure but managed very well. There needs to be a Specials Menu on the table as well as on the board. We are big fans and will be back.

Still the best calamari in town. Lots of other super tasty options too.

First visit. Absolutely LOVED the food! I had the lemon pepper calamari and my son had the char-grilled chicken pizza. Both delicious! The young woman waiting the tables was delightful, and we had a fun chat with the chef (also delightful) as we were paying and thanking him for our meals. We'll be back!

The restaurant was fairly quiet so it was nice to hear each without blaring music in the background. Really nice for a group of lady friends to enjoy being together. Lovely view across the golf course. The food was delicious, the pork belly pizza was the best, duck spring rolls were big and full of flavour. Lemon meringue pie topped off a great meal. I'll be back!

Great food, friendly staff. Service was relatively fast, not many guests for a Saturday night, but that was to our advantage. Don't forget to take cash for your drinks.

Great food served by friendly staff with just the right time between courses despite it being a busy Saturday night. The snap fied calamari claim to be best ever is well justified.

There were 4 adults and 3 children and we all enjoyed our choices. The quality of the food served to the adults very good. The kids food was appealing to them!

The wait staff were very friendly and helpful. My husband started with the arancini balls, which he said were delicious. I had the grilled haloumi, which was very nice with the dried tomatoes and coulis. We both had the Moreton Bay Bugs which were moist and tasty. They were served with garlic butter, which we both found a little overpowering for the delicate bugs, but as it was served as a side we didn't have to use it. The chips were crispy on the outside and fluffy in the middle, just perfect. We were a little underwhelmed by the salad which consisted of mixed leaves, carrot and capsicum. On the whole a very pleasant experience.

Excellent food and service. Four people in my group and all ordered different meals. Each one was well satisfied with well presented meal. Wait staff were efficient and friendly.

Food good, reasonably priced. Being at the Ashgrove Golf Club, a limited range of drinks is bought at the separate bar. We booked through Qandoo and hours before and was confirmed. Something was amiss (probably the delay between online booking and confirmation at the restaurant) and the restaurant booked out. However they made room for us ... top marks and greatly appreciated.
