Great we had a good night - food & service excellent

We had the best night. Every single dish that comes out is like heaven in your mouth. Cannot fault it at all, And I’m middle eastern. The staff was fantastic, friendly and professional.

Very bad service with only one server. We waited 1 hr for our food, prior before us was just one table occupying the whole restaurant. It’s not a fine dining place, but we only finish the food 2 hrs later. Mind you, the place is only occupied with 4 groups (including ours). Service of meals is so dead slow. Food is nothing above average. We will NEVER visit this place again.

Convenient location and easy atmosphere, delicious food and attentive staff. A good night before a movie.

We had been to Zarouna about 5 or 6 times previously and enjoyed the experience (thus the returns). I went with 4 friends on a Thursday night. They were not busy but we waited 1 and 1/2 hours for our mains to be served. And they were disappointing. The service was courteous when we actually experienced it! We will not be returning.

All the food was so tasty! The service was gracious and not overbearing. The only let down was the mint tea that didn’t really taste like mint..... other than that, just sensational....

First time to a Lebanese restaurant but we did go with a couple who are regulars here and selected the menu options for us. The Food was fantastic, fresh and very tasty and the service was great. The atmosphere was warm and cosy but still sophisticated. I would definitely go back and try again.

We weren’t greeted when we walked in for a long 5 minutes, once we finally got our seats we weren’t given menus or water, after another 30 minutes of again being invisible we decided to leave.

Delicious food and great quick service and recommended for sure.

Be prepared to be carried out. The portions are generous, so good value for money.

Good was food (not great), but it wasn’t generous. Plate sizes were small and we ended up doubling our orders. Labneh has a strange weird aftertaste to it, unlike any other labneh we know Arak glasses were super light, over dialouted with water

Delicious food & very attentive service.Chicken skewers were juicy & flavoursome as were the fattoush n eggplant salads.Roasted cauliflower was sensational.Enjoyed every mouthful.Thanks & see u soon!
