Food wasn’t the best and the table we reserved was next to the outdoor area and had the door constantly opening and closing. Wouldn’t visit again in the main restaurant area

Such good food and service would definitely recommend this restaurant

as it was busy you expect more noise than normal, but parents letting their children almost run riot was a disappointment

The service was great, overall the food was a massive let down. I ordered the garlic prawns and they were way over cooked the rice was also very dry. I couldn't eat it.

Service was friendly and helpful meals were very generous and the lasagne has to be one of the best I've tried, would recommend the Amstel for dinner anytime. We will definitely be back.

Menu is extensive and reasonably priced. We always opt to sit outside because the noise inside is not good.

Deeeelicious! Loved the food. So flavoursome and worth the money! Kids deals a bargain and they loved the little activity packs and playground. Will be coming back real soon

The initial service to be seated was slow. No staff was available so we had to wait. The menu had great choice and the prices were average. Prices for drinks were expensive compared to other restaurants which was a let down. Food service wasn’t great. One member of our table didn’t get her meal until 15 minutes after everyone else so most of our table had finished their meals before hers arrived. The manager was kind enough to offer our table a round of drinks to make up for the delay which was a lovely gesture and appreciated. The food was great

Awesome place, great service I will be dining there again

Very disappointed with the waiting times. Two people were served their main meals and finished before the next people were served theirs. Waited and waited for dessert till finally we had to go and ask then they missed a person so had to ask again. Some meals were lovely but three people left half theirs as not nice.

Great venue! Renovations look amazing and the play area for kids is great. If I was going to be fussy, it’s annoying when you’re charged additional for gravy, which then didn’t come out with the meal and we had to ask for it. Entree came out and within 30 seconds the staff asked if we wanted mains (too soon), satay parma was dry. We would definitely go back, worth a try if you haven’t been here before!

Very good atmosphere but very noisy. Lacked sufficient staff as queues developed for drinks and food ordering. Otherwise a nice restaurant for the local area.

Had to remind waiting staff 3 times (over a 30 minute period) that grand-daughter had not received her dessert, we got our 6 main courses in less time than that...shouldn't take that long to warm up a Sticky Date Pudding! She was refunded the money!!!!!
