Great food at good prices with really quick efficient service

Always a good time at Amstel. Three different dining options, from the traditional bistro, the kid free Atrium bar to the relaxed Sports bar there's plenty of choice all at very reasonable prices.

Enjoyed our meal. Just wish they had automatic doors leading out to the outdoor area! Very hard for staff carrying meals to have to physically open doors, and also when people go out (especially children - they are children after all 😊), they leave doors open, creating droughts. We had to continually shut doors and open them to help staff deliver meals, because we were seated near that door!

Good food, great staff. Just frustrating that every kids food item contains egg so our daughter could only eat a bowl of chips. A little more flexibility or knowing of ingredients would be amazing and then it would become my new local as my kids had a great time!

where we were seated was VERY LOUD we couldnt hear any of our table talk without yelling at each other but the FOOD was generous and cooked beautifully

A birthday dinner , very busy as it was children eat free night ( didn’t know that when I booked ) but service was quick and staff pleasant just a bit noisy with all the children . But will go back again just not on a Tuesday

The new bistro is great but the noise level is extreme even when the bistro is only half full. This makes it uncomfortable to enjoy your meal and conversation at your own table. The Amstel really needs to address this issue, maybe floor to ceiling barriers/walls throughput the bistro. Also the queuing at the bar and where you order your meals affects the people sitting at the first row of tables. It’s most uncomfortable.

Food is amazing and very generous portions. Only negatives are the queues for ordering also at the bar a little slow and its always quite noisy

Loved the new updated Amstel Club. Food great. We were lucky we booked in advance as it was full and people were turned away expecting to just walk in and get a table. This was on a Thursday night.

Love the club, staff are great, food is great,, but I often feel let down regarding bookings. As in, you guys always seem to be fully booked well in advance, but if I call and speak to another team member, they have a table, or if we just show up despite being told you’re fully booked, there is usually room, and I’ve seen people turned away, when it seems you are at 60% or less capacity, which is disappointing when I really want to get down here often, but usually on short notice. My wife and I usually come in with kids at 5 sharp and leave by 6-630, so I hope you can look at the schedules and booking so that it’s a bit easier for us avid fans of your great venue who are flexible in getting in for a quick feed and out before the rush.

ordered cake and coffee at 1301hrs then at 1325hrs went to counter to ask what was happening and it had been forgotten, good job the bistro wasn't busy cause god knows what would have happened
