Food was good after we had to follow up after 45mins as the staff member didn't process our order. They rectified the delay giving us a discount.

Amazing food and once ordered not much of a wait for our meals

We were seated at table 67, but through the whole night we had to keep approaching waiting staff to receive menus, orders, clearance and birthday cake, including a cocktail that the waiter couldn’t seem to find our table so we had to come and get it ourselves. We could see the waiter with the cocktail and simply fail to deliver it. I think the table we were placed at was too far out of the waiters viewing to receive proper service.

Excellent venue with great staff who were attentive and friendly. The food was fantastic and very well priced. My only criticism of the place is that its main source of revenue are pokies.

Some meals were not hot , it over 20 minutes from receiving the 1st meals until the rest of table was served. One of the soft drinks ordered was actually soda water.

Great food and vibe. The table service to order food was a tad slow given it wasn’t busy. All servers were polite and friendly.

Lovely staff and nice dinner. Chicken Camembert was a bit dry, it still good flavour. We have been here a few times now. We will be back

Food was great. Service was good. Only thing is they came and told us our table was booked in 25 minutes rather than telling us when we got there.

One of my most favourite places to have lunch Staff are so lovely Restaurant is always clean and inviting Food is always delicious We are never asked to leave after sitting there chatting for hours Thankyou for a wonderful dining experience once again and yes I will be back next week 😉

Took longer than usual to get our food. We ordered within 10 mins of arrival but the food took over 40 minutes to get. Very noisy so hard to hear earth other speak. Food was good

Food was great, prices were good, it took a long time to be served and felt like we were being avoided. Once we finally got someone to notice us everything was great.

I ended up having more guests, and the staff were so accommodating. Everybody enjoyed their food, and all were consistently perfect. The staff are always so friendly and funny. Amstel Club is just perfect! Thank you again, team, it was a perfect birthday dinner for me 🥰

Always go to the Amstel but Wasn’t overly impressed with the three cheese lasagne. Always a go to, to have with the original lasagne on menu. When it came out was lukewarm ☹️, not much of a taste. Don’t mind paying but as long as it’s good.

Our booking was for 5.30 pm. When we arrived we were told our table was double booked and we had to be out by 7.30 pm. We said okay, At 6.50 while my grand daughter was still eating her dessert and we were still finishing our drinks, we got told he had to be out in 10 minuites by 7,00 pm. Sorry, but that’s not okay, we had a booking until 7,30 pm we were literally still eating when we were told we had to vacate the table 40 minutes before our original time. Our daughter had driven an hour to see us and have dinner and to be chucked out after an hour and 20 minutes is not okay. It would be great if management could respond. Thank you
