The food at Armani restaurant is very good. Today have been too hot and the restaurant doesn't seem to have the air conditioning working. I was at the table 43 and no air conditioning in that area. There was a blow up fan near the door but sitting at the table 43 we couldn't get any air coming to us.

The food wasn’t bad but the service needed improvement. They didn’t feel like refilling out water even though we asked multiple times that we only want tap water and not bottled water. They ended up giving us bottled water because they ‘didn’t want to refill’. Maybe you should invest in jugs. Charging for $5 for a 300ml water bottle seems abysmal. We also didn’t not ask for bottled water and repeatedly said so but because they didn’t want to keep refilling our tap water, we got charged for bottled water. Also had to ask multiple wait staff for things - strange as it seemed like there a lot more staff than customers. Shame the service was terrible as the food was not bad.

I have been in this restaurant before. It was alright food quality wise, but appealing regarding seating, environment and service. However this time was not satisfactory. The tabouli was not eadible and the barbecue meat was reheated. I mentioned it to the service team and l was offered a replacement but it was too late. What was somewhat good that they cut a fragment of the price from the bill as a compensation. However, for a restaurant the reputation of Armani, it is not an acceptable business conduct. Disapointed....

The food and service were great! The specialty dessert was fabulous and a lovely complimentary tea was a great touch.

After waiting nearly 30 minutes for my order I queried what’s the delay and apparently my order went to another table very unprofessional from a well known restaurant and their chairs are very old unstable and outdated

Terrible experience. Spent 200 dollars for food worth not even 50. No flexiblity in choosing menu options. They charged 90 per person and had only generic items. Limited one drink. Desert was included in both persons menu but was served with only one cake. Had to wait 1 hour for only the desert to be served. We tried swapping one menu item but the host said its too late as the food has been prepared. Even though that part came an hour late. Clearly she lied. We had our first serve and were done with the food. Had packed the leftovers in takeaway boxes and then after half an hour came the next serve saying you had two serves. By that time we were tired of waiting for the desert. Was my first time there and will definitely be my last. They charged 10% service charges for God knows what service they provided. Staff was running around like its their first time organizing a big night. Pretty sure they cater much bigger events but seemed like they were clueless on that particular night. Overrated. Expensive. Not worth it.

Food and customer service was top tier. We had an amazing dinner with drinks. Armani deserves the compliments because they truly delivered and would highly recommend it to everyone else.

Gave a wrong shisha and filled up the whole bowl with water, please ask staff to make it correctly. Changed our seat due to large crowd and we asked for quiet section but they sat us next to birthday groups with amazing noise level for ear bleeding

Lady kept clearing the table whilst we were still eating. I had to ask 4 times for a drink. I didn’t ask for freshly squeezed juices just normal juice and I was overcharged on these. Never asked if we wanted coffees. 3 people still eating when the lady cleared the the rest of the table to which we we hadn’t finished. We were there probably 50 minutes but it seemed like she wanted us out but the restaurant wasn’t busy. Food was very good. Lady looked angry and never smiled.

Servers were a bit quiet, food was pretty good but nothing really special, a hair was found in one of the food unfortunately and ordering 2 mains and 2 drinks and having the bill be around $92 and even water having to be paid for was too much

Food was nice as well as shisha. Service was a bit all over the place and did not feel organised when it came to ordering.

Service was horrible the brought me the wrong food and then when I said that’s not what I ordered they blamed me. So I asked them to take it back and then a 10 minutes later they brought the same thing out again. Never going back there again

The food was amazing. Staff were very helpful and attentive. Our only disappointment was having to continually ask for water. We had 4 children with us and needed to regularly ask for more water.

Staff need to be more polite with Asians. Not just take the order whilst a duty, but also be helpful when a customer is not sure about the menu choice, especially when they're Asians or belong to different ethnicity and not from Jordan.

The staff is terrible, they keep staring at you while you eat, as if trying to make you eat and leave as soon as possible. They judge you on what and how much you've ordered. In short, i am never going back again there.

I am very grateful to the person looking after our table went above and beyond , everything went smoothly. We all had a great night. The food was amazing. The service was amazing. Thank you, Armani. I would like to suggest if you can please bring back the table water. It's more hospitable. The Mediterranean culture demands water on the table with every meal also it is unAustralian to refuse table water. Please don't make it all about the profit margin.
