Fortunately our 4 meals were delicious. However, my wife’s meal was left sitting on the servery and I had to approach staff to have it delivered to the table. She ordered Lasagna and found the bottom layer of the meal was burnt and inedible!! I pointed this out to staff and they responded “ I’ll tell the chef”. I hope future diners benefit from that. Because the chef never can ex near us to offer an apology !! Overall, a pleasant experience, but not enough to have us rushing back.

The food was delicious we both had the veal with mushrooms, creamy mash, sweet corn and broccolini. Very generous serve and took enough home for lunch the next day.

We celebrated a birthday with small family group. Good food and atmosphere. The prices have gone up over the last year, but the quality and service is still very good.

Food was amazing as usual the Pollo Avocado is the best!! Was a little disappointment with dessert and a mouldy strawberry on my pastry however the situation was very quickly rectified with an apology and a fresh one!

Friendly staff, great food but bit pricey. Used to be more affordable.

Huge servings for many of the menu items, eg veal parmigiana, way too big. Two people could easily share some of these meals. Prices are high so could easily reduce some meal sizes and prices accordingly.

What was meant to pass for service badly missed the mark.

The pigeons were a bit annoying and you didn't know if you would get pooped on..it was a busy day and staff were running..the food was OK.. my daughter had asked for her pasta to be penne instead of fettucine which I had ordered initially..and staff were happy to update..before it was made..but sadly she still received the fettucine..However, the lovely waiter was able to refund her for the meal..🌟🌟🌟

We shared a delicious seafood pizza and dessert. The cakes are fresh and the bottle of wine we ordered was not available so we were asked would we like another brand instead and we werent charged the extra cost. We go to Pelligrini frequently.

The food was affordable and delicious. The staff were lively and attentive. All that dampened the experience was some noisy toddlers at another table and they left soon after I arrived.

Had breakfast there with friends. Poached eggs were average, bacon was ok but then they gave us two side plates of bacon because the cook thought the first serve was burnt. Why serve it like that then? Wouldn’t recommend.

Amazing food , my son was pooped on by a pigeon. And we were constantly shooing wasps . Not to self sit inside next time.

Was a lovely evening, temperature wise, & i had phoned day before to ask if we could sit outside. Yes, they said, we will make a note of that. When we got there they would not let us sit outside, even though there were plenty of unreserved tables there. We insisted repeatedly, until finally they let us sit out there. They did not seem happy! They insisted that the booking was for inside only!! Apart from that fracais, all was good, food was lovely. 😊
