Steak & double cooked pork were quite tough. Vanilla slices were cold and had too much tough pastry. Disappointing that food was below average.

Lovely meal and the service was great very quick ...

Most of the staff were very helpful and friendly and went out of their way for us. One staff member who was waiting tables was not so impressive. This person did mention a couple of times to us that she was new, but she wasn't very attentive and I didn't see her smile once. She also couldn't answer any of our questions (which were very straight forward). Of course, if she was new, she may not know, and this is absolutely fine, but she also made no attempt to go and find out for us. This meant we had to line up at the ordering desk to get our questions answered. In the middle of dinner, we wanted to order a second bottle of wine, and asked her if we could order one through her and add it to our tab, but she said no, we had to go line up again. Luckily, as I was lining up again with my empty bottle, another staff member, who was also waiting tables, came up to me and asked if I wanted another bottle and said she could get one for us an put it on our tab so I didn't need to line up. Not sure why the new person couldn't do this for us (she wasn't under 18).

We waited quite a while for food which was strange as they weren’t very busy when we were there. But the food was so good and the staff are very pleasant. Will definitely return.

The food was quite nice, but mine didn't come with the mashed potatoes as per the menu (the reason I ordered it), it came with new potatoes instead. The sauce was too rich and salty, especially as there was no mash to soak it up. The menu has lots of choices. Quite well priced.

Excellent we were greeted by a very friendly staff member who showed us where our table was. We ordered and then in not too much time our meals arrived. Both very generous serves and both delicious. I would gladly recommend this restaurant to anyone.

This place looks nice inside but feels dated, the service was ok,the food was good however it could have been hotter when served. Price is good, with some more tlc it could become better.

We are never disappointed when we have dinner there, service is excellent, staff are friendly and obliging and food is excellent, highly recommend, thank you.

New Year's Day so very busy but still great service. Table water, water for the dog, no problem. Food was delicious, large serves at a reasonable price.

It was a 35 degree day and they don't use their air conditioning. They just open up all of the doors and windows. If we'd asked they probably would have turned one on for us, we didn't t hink to. If I'd known it would be so hot there, I wouldn't have booked there. On that particular day. We ordered garlic prawns, battered seafood platter and seafood pizza. The pizza was quite reasonable but not amazing, the garlic prawns were nice. However the battered seafood platter wasn't very good. The bigger fish was a bit stodgy inside as if not cooked long enough. Some of the smaller items were a bit overcooked. It was nice and crispy on the outside though. The chips were good. It was a very generous serve though and not terrible or anything. We still ate it. The service was prompt and friendly and they kept giving us bottles of water for the table. The 3 of us drank 4 as it was a hot day.

I booked for a table of 8, everyone's meals came out in a timely manner and was everyone by everyone. The service was excellent; a lovely meal was had by all.

Polite staff, good sized menu with a healthy variety of pastas and pizzas to choose from. Food prepared well, portions generous, ingredients fresh and delicious.

Table was not set up with correct number of people per booking. Had to ask twice for an extra chair. Food was served about 10 mins before cutlery arrived.

The food was nice. The serving sizes were very large, one plate could have fed 3 people! Restaurant was noisy so it was hard to have a conversation. Service was friendly.

Great food and service. Good to be somewhere where if you & your friends decide to start with the Antipasto platter the waitress will ask how long did you want to wait for your mains so you can have a break between. Loved the food and will definitely return

Most unusual, usually great. Was my daughters birthday, busy Saturday night after football, and it was bad. Forgot a main. Risotto, glue, just not good. Gourmet pepperoni pizza bland.

Warm coffee shop and friendly great service - despite floorboards, not too loud for conversing. No distractions from others and also the option of reading newspapers for others

It was warm and cosy inside after a cold day at the footy. The pizza was fantastic and the beer was cold. Have dined there on several occasion and have never been disappointed.

The food was wonderful The waitress was awful. Got order wrong and we were charged for coffees on next table. Total attitude when we questioned it. No offer or addressing it. It was like it was all too much trouble for her. Such a pity as the food was wonderful

out of the 10 meals that had eggs in them, not one of them was runny. The bacon, egg and tomato sauce focaccia that my son and I both ordered both came out with NO tomato sauce One meal (another breakfast bacon and egg focaccia) was ordered with out egg, the first one came with egg, was sent back, it came out a second time with egg, then the third time it came out without egg but was transferred from the kitchen plate to the diners plate by hand - she couldn't eat it after that. What kind of hygiene is that? Service was good 8/10 but the food was poor 2/10

This is a very friendly little cafe, good food, good service. A little noisy inside but you have the option of eating outside. Highly recommend.
