Caravanserai Turkish Restaurant

Amazing! We ate the Meze rather than the Banquet and it was spectacular - in particular the Pomegranate salsa on the haloumie. Nice change from the meat heavy Banquet.

Delicious as always!!! Have come here for every birthday for the the last 6 years. Never dissapoints. Meals for everyone in the family including the veggos.

Food had always been fantastic in the past; last night, however, was only average. Also, the prices in the online menu are different from the physical one.

Food was below average, service somewhat slow. The range on the menu wasn't that great. Other Turkish restaurants in Brisbane we have dined in are far better value and experience.

Friendly service with a good atmosphere. The meal was delivered quickly and the size of the serve was generous and the meat tender and flavoursome.

We have dined at Caravanserai a few times, but our recent visit did not meet previous experiences. Passing comment by waitress after our order, that beef ribs were not available on the mixed platter - to be replaced with spinach filo pastries - hardly a substitute. No offer of reduced cost either. Meal was delayed and other customers were served their meal ahead of our table. Disappointing, after I had previously organised and attended with a group of 16 - service was very good on that occasion.

This restaurant had a atmosphere, with fast service and friendly staff. Food was really tasty with lots of different spices. We recommend the platter for 2.

Great food! Large servings and good value. Slightly loud inside and hard to hear conversation. Also probably quieter on weekdays, Saturday night was packed and service slightly slow.

It has been many years since I had been to this restaurant. The food is still delicious and the service very friendly. They are also BYO which helps to make it affordable.

Great food, comes out quick super yummy and filing. Loved getting the banquet for our table as it gives us a variety of options. The Turkish delight was amazing as usual

We had the share platter for two- it was delicious. Service was great- staff were warm and friendly. The restaurant ambience is also really nice!

The restaurant has lovely mood lighting making it perfect for date nights. I absolutely loved the baklava dessert - I would go solely for that dessert every time!

Good food, good ambiance,and service. Been a few times and will definitely go back. The prices are very reasonable and the booking process was simple.

The food was great however the entree took 45 mins to arrive because of a mix up in the ordering The dinner guests behind us were loud but you get that in a popular restaurant Overall experience was good and we will go back again to see if they can get the service right

The share platter for 2 was perfect. We had the best of everything without having to make choices! Great service and a lovely atmosphere. We will definitely go again.

Food & service were excellent. A little bit loud but the restaurant was full so this is to be expected. Be prepared to walk off your dinner because parking is hard to get. A good night out!

Great, welcoming service and despite being packed on a midweek night, the food remained fabulous and delivered promptly. Added touches everywhere without being intrusive. Cannot recommend highly enough for an authentic Turkish experience.

We arrived slightly before opening time at 6 pm and received a friendly greeting. Good service. Good food. Ready for a comedy play at QPAC.

Food was good, ambience great altho was a bit dark to read the menu. Highly recommend for a night out. Staff friendly, and service good.

As three big people we were given a table for two with a third chair added. When asked if we could sit at a larger table the server argued with us. It took my appetite away momentarily. Poor customer service at the outset. The food as always was brilliant.

I have eaten here 3 times in the last 6 years and the high quality of food and ambiance is only matched by their friendly and professional wait staff. I have never been disappointed.

Exceptional food and great service at a reasonable price. Our favourite Turkish restaurant in Brisbane. Only down side can be the noise when it's busy.

Very busy & noisy (outside back verandah looked quieter and cooler) but great service; vegetarian mains a little overpriced I thought for content and amount but better than trying to come up with the same at home! Really impressed with a waiter who appeared with an ice bucket for our bubbly without being asked - it's these small but thoughtful things in a busy place that get me back.

Really enjoyed our night , for a group of 12. Every one seemed happy with the banquet ( Tuesday night special) Very tasty food. Would recommend it.

Food was delicious but not very plentiful given we paid for a banquet. Separate dishes would represent better value. Atmosphere was jovial and typically loud.

The text message received after booking was made was super handy as a reminder. The service and food at Caravanserai was amazing. Food came out really quickly and the staff were super friendly as well as the price of the meals, oh and the BYO is really great too. Would highly recommend and I will definitely be back.

Consistently great food and service. Atmosphere very relaxed. Meze and Otto platters are a tad on the small size with lots of bread but light on everything else, perhaps they could offer a larger more generous version of these. The vegetarian options are delicious and fulfilling - recommend the traditional carnivore venture here.

Friendly efficient staff. We thoroughly enjoyed the shared entree platter and decided to share our 4 mains which worked out well. Excellent food and atmosphere.

Have the mixed platter for two every time, can't help but order it. The sticky fig is incredible. Great, friendly service, and an intimate, moodlit atmosphere.

Service was good. Food was great. Almost felt like I was in Turkey! The meat was cooked to perfection. We had Meat balls and marinated chicken.

I had a great meal here and it was a great atmosphere. Only issue was because it was so busy we were not attended to as well as we should have been. We asked for a jug of water and no water was brought.
