From the greeting and taking us to our table till walking out of the restaurant with full bellies we were so impressed with this restaurant. Great service, very switched on and caring about it's customers. Char and co is the best braza type of restaurant i have ever been too. Usually you get hounded and have up to 5-6 different meats on your plate. The service was fantastic and at the right time so you didnt feel rushed. Food was made fresh and absolutely delicious. It fed 4 and a half absolutely starving people and we can't wait to come back again. Thank you so much!!

The floor was dirty and glueing on our shoes. The forgot our wine bottle. Two meals arrived after 40 minutes... While the two other persons started eating churrasco with an un-reasonable waiting time. I will not come back, the service is bad, the meat choice was not as great as before and it is still very expensive.

Lovely food. Great service. Nice menu catering for adults or families. Meat was beautifully cooked and seasoned. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone.

Although well known for their barbecue all you can eat I would also highly recommend trying their steaks. Cooked to perfection, and the service was phenomenal. Will definitely be returning.

Fantastic food and service and a beautiful restaurant. Sometimes I find that a Brazilian bbq the meet can be tough or dry but this was not the case here. Everything I tasted was delicious. I loved all the condiments on the side all such high quality and tasted delicious with all the meats. Would highly recommended

Beef was tough. Chicken, haloumi and salad uninspiring. Prawns were cooked but left with shells on. Chips just ok. Overall poor value for money and disappointing for Double Bay

The meat was pretty salty which stopped me from eating more meat. I would opt for a more traditional approach rather than this one. One of the chicken wings we got was raw so that wasn't enjoyable.

The food was great, the service in the beginning was ordinary but improved as the night went on. Well worth the visit, and would recommend if in the mood for Brazilian BBQ.

Food was excellent, service good. Staff readily turned music down so our party of 5 could chat during dinner. Overall a very pleasant evening at a reasonable price.

Great place for a date night well seasoned and wide selection of food

Have been to Char a number of times but this was the first time we had the churrasco. Unfortunately, we were a little disappointed. The churrasco costs $55 per person and includes some sides. The sides were quite good, but the failing was the churrasco itself. Other places I have been, have multiple people walking around with the skewers but Char only had one going back and forth to the kitchen. This meant that the time between each meat was long. Also, we only got a variety of about 4 or 5 different meats but there were many more listed on the menu. Overall, a bit disappointing. There was also a 10% sunday surcharge added!!

Excellent food and a great friendly service. Waiters explain the each cuts of meat as they serve it. The barbecued pineapple is just the best to finish off your meal with.

Really yummy meat and the halloumi entree was a winner too. Great setting and lighting. Unfortunately didn’t have time for the full rodizio experience, but will be returning soon when we have more time!

Friendly staff, great atmosphere and fabulous and well priced food and drinks. Will definitely return. The staff changed our reservation time without any hassles and stress.

Great service, product knowledge and attention to detail from our host. It always makes a big impact when service exceeds your expectations. The Brazilian BBQ menu was superbly cooked , flavoursome and in generous portions accompanied by appropriate side dishes. Overall a great dining experience and we look forward to bringing a larger group of friends back to enjoy a similar experience in the near future.

While the quality and variety of the meat was good, the lack of front of house staff meant service was poor (not offered new drinks, had to ask for the bill repeatedly) and the fact they charged my 3 year old $27.50 for what amounted to a spoon of rice and beans, some chips and half a sausage was an unpleasant surprise. Most other brazilian bbq houses don’t charge for under 5s. There are better options in Sydney.

This was the second time I have been and had a great time. Went with 5 friends we had the churrasco. Delicious grilled meats and good wine. Will be back for sure!

Had the Charrasco with assortment of meats and side dishes. Meats was done to perfection. Staff was attentive and very friendly, will definitely be back.

It is the second time we have visited Char & Co, we enjoyed the food so much the first time we had to share it with some friends and everyone loved it. Staff are very friendly and attentive. We get the all you can eat BBQ and find it reasonably priced. Definately recommend this place.

Great place, the Brazilian Churrasco is of exceptional quality and portions are very generous and super good value. Service was exceptional, friendly and accommodating. The décor, atmosphere and location all 5 star. I shall be visiting this place again. Definitely worth a try, you won't be disappointed.

Great Steak. Great Service from the owner or manager who had a great smile. Will be going back for sure. Will try there brazilian buffet style all you can eat.

The food was excellent. Honestly every piece of meat with the Churrasco was cooked to perfection and delicious. Talk about meat sweats - I needed a good nap after dinner!

I have been to this restaurant 3-4 times previously and the food is very good. However, on this occasion which was a mid-week evening we found the table service slow and the meals seemed to take a long time to arrive. It wasn't busy so not sure what the problem was? One should not have to keep looking to catch the staff's attention every time you want to order a drink re-fill, need something or to request the bill. Disappointing this time but would still recommend.

The chicken was not cooked through (we took the bbq option from the menu). The waitress was really weird and seemed upset (?!) when we turned down certain meats she came with. But my company was awesome which is lucky for the restaurant because that way they get a four without having done much to earn it :)

Good value and range of meat cuts! Sides were good too. Honey pork especially tasty. The fried battered bananas were also very nice. Will come back.

The venue was really nice, great Devore and really nice atmosphere. The staff were knowledgeable and courteous. The service was great and the food was awesome.
