Our party of 4 all enjoyed their meals very much. We tried the garlic bread with cheese, lamb cutlets, seafood risotto with tomatoes and two of us had the chilli prawn linguine. Absolutely delicious meals and excellent service. Will definitely be back for more visits.

Our first visit, a table for 4 NYE. The food was ordered and arrived at our table very quickly. All 4 of us enjoyed the meal, chickem was moist, flavours were suberb. We will be back

As always, the Colliery Inn serves fabulous food. We thoroughly enjoyed risotto, steak, fish and chips and the steak sandwich today. The Colliery never disappoints.

Another busy night with Trivia on at 7pm. Made a booking for 6.15pm still plenty of time to eat dinner as it comes very quickly.

We got to the Colliery inn about 5.30pm, there was a singer there, with some good music. We received our meal after about 20 mins, which gave us time to talk and catch up. Meals came out, must say changing the s&p squid to lemon pepper squid was a brilliant idea as no-one can get it right. All the meals were great.

Overall a good experience. Chicken schnitzel OK but not amazing. Drinks a bit expensive.
