We didn’t stay. It was a terrible experience. We had reserved a table for four people, but they prepared a table for only two. No good service. Not enough staff that could assist customers as professional What a shame!

Staff very courteous Spaghetti marinara too overpriced and had very little seafood with 3 prawns all shells and too much thick spaghetti Had to ask for bottle of water twice after considerable time waiting Glass of wine $20…. Really You have a beautiful prime location

Disappointing, we were told they would inform us when they had our reserved table ready. We waited at the restaurant, no one seemed to care, we left.

We all enjoyed our meals - none of us ordered pizza. Criniti's pizzas are delicious, but so are some of the other items on the menu. Staff were all friendly and helpful despite being terribly busy. The noise levels always an issue at Crinit's Castle Hill. We arrived at a good time on a busy night, could see people who arrive half an hour later had a bit of a wait to be seated.

Don't like them serving drinks with their hands & not on a tray. Gave us the wrong, cheaper bill so they're lucky to have us honest people 😜. Table is too small and crowded.

Was denied for a more comfortable seating, instead had to squeeze in a small table for 4 people

We went at 5pm before it was busy. The waiter was rude, everyone’s orders came out at different times and after we’d finished we accidentally left our toddlers water bottle. We returned within the hour, they had thrown it out and weren’t even apologetic. Won’t be returning.

Don’t go after 8pm! We were presented with the bill just as our dinner was served. Those wanting to pay cash were expected to get up and pay at the register! Then it was last call for dessert & drinks!!! Staff were practically pushing us out the door when we hadn’t even finished our main meal. Why advertise that they’re open till 10pm if they’re stacking the chairs around you at 9.30? The staff were exceptionally rude and ruined our dining experience. Definitely won’t be back & don’t recommend.😡

The table service was very slow. We ordered drinks and had to ask where they were 15 minutes later. Meal portions were generous. Meal was served on a plate with three large chips in it which were sharp. Not ideal. I booked here as I had a great expat the Parramatta restaurant. Service and meals very different between the two. Left disappointed.

The service was poor - apart from one of the waitresses whom got the menus for us after 20mins and after the gentleman that showed us to our seats said he would get menus etc - it was early to so not many customers there - good was nice but service was lacking

The food was nice but the service was just OK. We had to wait at 15 minutes for our son’s meal to come out after everyone else’s. So some had nearly finished their meal before he even got his. They also bought the wrong pizza when it was meant for another table

Impatient server rushing us to order. Rude staff.. Yelled at our children for walking upstairs to fins the toilet. very very noisy restaurant- couldn't hear each other. Very expensive

Disappointed in the food, prawn risotto was greasy, lobster overcooked and tough and had to wait an hour and a half for the food to be delivered. Mentioned our disappointment with staff however no attempt to rectify the food. Expensive restaurant to leave not feeling satisfied.

CRINITIS is our fav family restaurant, the food was and always is excellent, fast service, would love the music from the speakers outside turned down a bit but not sure if they were operated by the restaurant or the centre. Pizza and creme brûlée were amazing.

We had a booking. The guy wasn't interested in that. We eventually got a table 20 mins after our scheduled time. We only received our drinks and knives and forks when we asked after our food was presented. We weren't offered any further drinks we would have bought an extra 2 rounds if we were asked. Desert was not offered. It appeared that they were far too busy for us and not enough staff. The food was great though. It was a birthday celebration and quite frankly the service is better at Maccas. I am not sure that I will return despite the food being excellent

My experience is normally excellent. There is normally a coordinater orchestrating the staff to serve. We felt our waiter didn’t care and wasn’t interested or distracted. She got 2 meals wrong then debated with us that the chilli burger my son got was the same as the kids burger with extra sauce. I had to call her back to insist she change it to what we ordered as my so. Won’t eat chilli. Also we received the wrong pizza 15 minutes later than everyone else’s. Had to wait again to get the right pizza. I feel if the waiter double checked the menu the meals would have been correct. Also on 3 occasions I had to waive the waiter for more drinks , drink menu when she was just standing there but not being attentive.

Overall the food was really good, meals and drinks arrived quickly. The atmosphere was a bit noisy and the service was just okay. We weren't offered any table water, entrees arrived with no side plates to share, we had to ask for cutlery for our desserts etc. the service team just seemed a bit flat. But the redeeming feature was the taste of the food and for that alone I would come again.
