Great food, just so busy on a Saturday night so took some time to get served, but the wait staff were great and did their best to keep on top of things.

best italian food in sydney hands down, only thing is that because it was a tuesday night and wasn’t very busy we received our mains before we finished starters but not a big deal... still the best food and service

Food was lovely however the service was horrible - the pizza oven was broken, so we weren't able to order the 1 metre pizza, and the eftpos machine was broken. The staff rolled their eyes when you called them, or asked for something. I also thought they would be able to put something together, or at least sing Happy Birthday as we were there for my partner's 21st birthday, and I had mentioned it a few times. Quite disappointing as it was a special occasion. Wont be going back there again!

The service was substandard. One child didn’t receive the drink and when we tried to order additional food and drinks it took over 10 minutes to get service. When I asked about an item previously on the menu, the waitress seemed to know very little of the menu and didn’t know there was a different option which was relatively the same. The food was good though, which is very important. We love Crinitis however we would avoid going on such a busy night again.

Food was delicious. The chef let our boys make a dessert pizza each which was very kind and kept them occupied while we waited for our food.

We were there for our son's birthday and he loved it.

Overall really great. The falafel in the burgers were overcooked and almost burnt/dark brown. And quite bland. The burgers need another flavour like tomato relish or sweet chilli. Or even other veges other than lettuce. The watermelon fresh juice also tasted like lemon juice. Wasn't very nice at all. The pizzas and starters were great. Great service too.

The food and staff were lovely. However, the service was extremely disorganised, we waited ages for our food, then I had to repeatedly ask for cutlery. The staff were very attentive and friendly, to the point where I felt something was going on which was outside of their control! Probably wouldn’t take 3 kids there on Saturday night again

The service was terrible. We have been twice before and loved it. However, last night our food took ages to arrive. Huge wait for some of us. Forgotten food items and the wrong item turning up. We ordered fifteen minutes before our friends and their food turned up first - apart from the forgotten pizza. No apologies. Can not recommend this place

Overall ok , hard to flag down waiter and service

Unaccommodating host and then had a table sat next to us of 13 young teenagers screaming and shoving into our table when the restaurant wasn’t full and there was plenty of other space to put them on a Tuesday night. Average overall given we were also try to celebrate our child’s 10th birthday.

Very disappointing, bad service, food was cold and the we ordered crispy pork belly and it was horrible could not even eat it, not value for money at all.

Very friendly service & food quality, but noisy and long service Leadtimes

Food came out faster than expected which was wonderful. The waitress mentioned it could be a bit of a wait for our pizza due to it being peak time, we were totally fine with that. Atmosphere was great - I love how you sing Happy Birthday to everyone - it makes me want to have my birthday at Criniti's. It was noisy but we expected it to be so that is totally fine. All in all, we are very happy with the waitstaff, the food and the atmosphere. We will be back. :)
