Usually love Crinitis but after today’s lunch we were all unusualy thirsty not sure why, has put me off going back

Took to long to order and longer to get the food. Not much customer service.

The seats where all torn and the stuffing was coming out! Otherwise the both was good. Front register was not working for rewards card. After already going to the closest till and then having to walk back to pay!

The restaurant was easy to find from the ferry and the space was welcoming. We liked to outlook and the food was well-prepared and tasty. We will make a return visit.

Rude obnoxious manager. GF gnocchi was like rice. So I asked to change to GF penne. When u went to pay he changed me for a lge pasta because I had eaten the prawn from the initial dish. I am a Qantas first class international flight attendant and have been with the company for 19 years. The way I was treated by your staff was totally unacceptable and unprofessional. I am always asks for restaurant recommendations and have in the past mentioned your restaurant. I will no longer do do after the way myself and my family were treated. Very disappointing. The ribs were unable to be eaten as they were as tough as nails and dry as sand. Took 4 attempts to get my son's drink after first order of 1 hour!

Greeting was great and welcoming. Ordering mains and drinks slow. Food quick to come out. Ordering dessert non existent, we recd the menu but no one came back and the three people taking the orders were held up at all the bigger tables. Restaurant was full. Lots of servers but only three people taking orders from the tables. Short of staff on a Friday night, not impressed this time. I have dined her on a number of occassions and brought 2 of my friends who had never dined at Crinitis and they were impressed by the food but not the service and probably wont be back. Shame as it is our favourite local restaurant.

The food was sensational but the service left a bit to be desired in the drinks area, considering the restaurant was almost empty we had to wait too long for drinks...even table water had to be asked for more than once, but the food more than made up for it

Very large place. Massive menu. Ordered beef ribs which were bland. Service was poor and had to keep chasing for service. No split bills, which is annoying for a place catered for large groups.

The service was outstanding the second we walked inside & the staff were amazing not to mention they weren’t under staffed at all so great bonus. As for the food well it was absolutely delicious, 10/10 for everything! Highly recommended for any occasion!!

Very quick service despite being almost full. Arancini balls and the mozzarella balls were fantastic. Very generous portion for mains which I enjoyed. The spaghetti nachos was a bit of a let down for me, having next to no mince and personally I don’t believe the ranch sauce on the side was necessary. I definitely Would return here again.

Criniti's is a great place to have a great meal. Service is excellent, and the restaurant itself has a welcoming and, familiar feel to it. We will be going back again!

We waited for 45 mins for starters garlic bread. My pizza came with onion all over it and i asked for NO ONION ! The staff were very busy and took to long to post the bill.

Extremely noisy and chaotic! Could not hear waitress got served wrong drinks due to the fact she couldn’t hear our order! Food was served quickly and tasted good. But killer the dining experience.

Staff are very, fast, friendly & efficient. Only negative is the restaurant is Just a little noisy when trying to have conversations. Food was yummy and generous servings.

Great place and ambiance, pizza was fantastic and staffs were exceptional! Thank you for making my daughter’s birthday special! Highly recommended to our friends. Kuddos!!!
