Food was great - service was terrible saw wait staff arguing with each other several times, had to flag some one down and ask for drink menu, then again had to flag someone down to order after waiting some time then asked for bill and was waiting sometime and gave up and went to counter ourselves

Excellent as usual.. can u open the branch in crowsnest or chatswood??

Generally good, no waiting, excellent food, waitress helpful but some difficulty with language. Disappointed with added Sunday surcharge - is this not the 'cost' of doing business?

The food is always pretty good here, but the service and over all organisation of the restaurant is terrible. We were over charged by about $90 on our bill for extra items we didnt order, we had food and drinks coming to our table that were not for us, food runners had no clue where meals were going, 1 main dish came out 20 mins before anyone else. OVerall poor service for the prices you pay.

It was a bit loud however the food was great!

Food was great. The staff had decorated the table as it was a birthday, but waiting times for service and staff were a little long. When they served the birthday cake we only had 7 out of the 8 pieces cut for ages. Overall we had a good time, but some areas could do with improvement

The service was very poor. There was no attention from wait staff, wrong food came to our table twice and when the right food did come it was staggered 10mins apart per person. Very disappointing.

It took 50 minutes for a waiter to ask us if we would like a drink. We had for forgotten to be brought out. And it took 15 minutes to pay our bill.

Excellent staff, great environment, family/kid friendly, novelty of 1-2 mtre pizzas, great desert

We booked a table and were still waiting for any staff engagement 30mins after being seated. Not even any water. We left and won’t return

As usual Crinitis the food was outstanding. Service was average and the Sunday surcharge was disappointing considering the service was average. What also upset us was the credit card surcharge.

Food was great but took us 3x to explain the difference between a glass of wine and a bottle...waitress opened the Champagne with the bottle pointing at our kids, cork hitting him on the head (could have lost an eye) then had to ask 4x for water... had 2 meals not arrive 30mins after everyone else’s.... 35mins later we had to explain to the waitress that sliders are the same as burger sliders so could she please bring the second missing meal ASAP. WTF! A total comedy of errors! Like Faulty Towers.

Overcrowded, impossibly loud. Food reasonable but long waiting time. Massive portions so a lot of waste which is disappointing. Service poor, most staff pleasant and trying their best but chaotic and all over stretched. Has potential but recommend avoiding unless in a large group of teens!

Food was fine. Service was rude. I am fine to wait especially when it is busy, but I am not happy with the way we were treated.

Great service. Fun for birthday dinners with yummy cake and music by staff

run out of sirloin steak at 1 pm on Sunday ,the restaurant was almost empty.we had to purchase the available at double the cost of the sirloin.

Apart from having to wait for a while when we came (a booking was made prior) we waited to be served. Once dinner was done I had to ask for a dessert menu. Once that was given no bothered to come back for nearly 15-20 to take an order. They were taking in the kitchen and out in the front area until I walked up and asked for assistance. The waitress came with a smug look to take the other. It was a good start but definitely put a sour taste at the end. Can’t believe I drove 40mins to experience this.

Kids were full, meals and drinks came out fast esp with the number of people that were there .

Had a great evening with the family will be back again soon

Birthday party celebration kids loved 2m pizza .restaurant very busy and noisy

The staff were friendly and attentive. Food was delish. Despite the computer system being down the staff were not phased and just took it in their stride.

One negative..a very grumpy maitre d! Don"t come to work in the hospitality industry if you can't manage a smile !All the other staff wonderfully pleasant and efficient thankyou for a lovely evening 👍

Excellent pizzas and very cold beers, just what we desired!

The food was delicious! The cocktails were yummy and the atmosphere was great but there was no table service! The waitress took us to our table and we sat for 20 min before our order was taken, the food arrived with super speed but we never saw our waitress again. We hailed other waitstaff on occasion when we could catch someone’s attention and the drinks took ages! She never returned to our table all night! We weren’t even asked if our food was ok!

Lovely pizzas and a relaxed atmosphere with a great view!

The kids maca cheese was more like pasta and cream. My daughter didn’t like it. Not good for price as it’s pasta and cream which would cost $2 to make.

There was a bit of an altication but the manager working handled it really well.

Food was very average pasta was undercooked have had better there. Service was average not very attentive.

I do enjoy visiting Crinitis, but every visit there’s always something that goes wrong or a staff member forgets and service either gets muddled up or delayed. The vibe Is great and food is great, tonight however the food was more on the warm almost cold Side

Friendly staff, good table service, water was constantly topped up-we didn't have to ask for refills. Really appreciate the VIP birthday package too., such good value.

The food was good, it’s a bit pricey and the service is a bit slow.

We found that the noise levels were very high and we couldn't hear our group talking. The manager at manly was very rude when we complained about a dish which wasn't cook properly. I'm a manly local and Criniti's was alway my favourate but after last night experience my guests and I refuse to ever go back there.

Our first visit won't be our last as we could not fault any aspect of service from our greeting to superb table service where every request was met with professionalism to the delicious food. There was no time limit enabling the group of us to enjoy our meal while taking in the relaxing Manly water view. Thanks so much for an enjoyable luncheon venue.

The food is always good, the service can be mixed, but always make sure you check the bill to make sure you get charged correctly for specials!!

It was my mum's birthday - so maybe some birthday extra something would've been nice, we did mention it to the staff

Service soooooooo slow. Wasn’t even busy, we would have had 2 more rounds of drinks plus dessert but had to wait so long for 1st round. Had dirty plates in front of us for 45 minutes, food was very good however even that was slow to come.

Restaurant was cold and noisy. Couldn't take off our winter jackets. Food was good but didn't feel comfortable to stay and enjoy it properly.

Crinitis at Manly is always good, with great service, food and wines

The service was about a 1/10. The food was good for some and terrible for others in our group and the most grossly overpriced place in Manly. We won’t be back

The food was way over priced for what you get. The pasta and pizza were average at best-especially considering this is meant to be an Italian restaurant! Service was friendly, but the quality of the food is certainly not worth the price.

So noisy and really poor service. Hard to hear and speak.

Staff and food were excellent, great menu, traditional food. Would visit again.
