Criniti's - South Bank

We love going to Crinitis Southbank as it’s so close by. Every time we go the restaurant is always busy so make sure you make a booking! We had pizza, pasta and calzones and it was amazing! The wine list isn’t great though.

The food was amazing and great value for money. Fed 14 people entree, main and dessert for just over $500. The service was pretty good. The only complaint I would have is that it was a freezing day in Melbourne and our table was right near the door. I told one of the waiters and he closed it for us and then someone left it open, so I went to close it and another waiter told me to keep it open even though we were all so cold even with jackets on. If you go on a winter day, suggest to sit upstairs because we were all freezing to the point that we wanted to leave and go somewhere else in the end for our coffee.

We visited for my son's birthday dinner, the staff celebrated him with drumming! We loved 1 Metre pizza and all boys were happy too. Thanks

For the amount of money we spent, over $600 was pretty expensive. The pizza was very oily and they used liquid cheese on the pizza. The octopus and calamri salad was drowned with rocket salad and only a couple pieces of octopus and calamri. Very noisy and cold. Staff were not fully trained and were not sure when asked questions and the night Manager was rude. Not a place we would go back to and definitely not to be recommended

Had a beautiful birthday with wonderful Italian food and loved how they could accomodate to my needs and my friends it was an awesome night ✨

We celebrated my son's 11th birthday. We have visited many times before, but this had to be the best service we have ever received! The guys were brilliant and made our night extra special.

Great food, service and atmosphere! Had a great time, just wish there was a option to split the bill. Makes it hard if going in big groups. Other than that great place!! Will come again! :)

We had lovely servers who were extremely attentive. The food was fantastic, especially our metre-long pizza. The only drawback was that we felt a little pressured to order quickly, even though the restaurant wasn’t full.

Service was terrible to say the least. We ordered a cocktails and a simple coke and they came half full, we sent the cocktails back as we were shocked by the serving size and they came back tasting watered down. Already appalled with the service we ordered dessert hoping that they could redeem themselves however it appears that we paid $20 for some microwaved Coles waffles that were not only soggy but serviced so sparingly with Nutella when menu stated that they were Nutella waffles. Extremely disappointed and wouldn’t even recommend my worst enemy to go there! Disgusted with the meals we received especially considering the price they are asking... and not to mention the 10% Sunday surcharge. The fact we wasted our time and money at a restaurant that failed to give us even a single positive thing to say about it is honestly disgusting to say the least.

Did not enjoy our time this weekend. not happy at all, would not recommend. They didn't place our cake in the fridge, it come out soft, the service was poor, no one checked up on us, myself and my family felt very frustrated. the cheese on the pizza was not good, it was liquid cheese!!!! and pizzas were very oily!!! it is very over priced for what you pay for, not worth it!!! you spend so much that they even charge you for bringing your cake AND they didn't even cut it we had to cut it ourselves? so what is the point of charging when you do not provide the adequately service towards your customers. overall just very bad, no direct number to call the restaurant so how are you suppose to communicate with anyone if you needed to? too loud, very tight fitting, squashed in!!!!

Having a switched on waiter makes a big difference and we had a good one during our visit . The food at Criniti is always good especially the Mediterranean /Italian items . We were a group of 10 and all were happy with their meals and appetizers . For improvements I found the menu written in very small letters ,perhaps an easier to read menu

Food was amazing, great quality and great servings. Staff are always happy to help, and plenty of staff walking around so you don’t need to chase anyone down. Can’t get enough of Criniti’s. The only bad thing that I could say is that there isn’t one closer to my home so I could go more often. Love love love Criniti’s. 12/10
