Good service. It was a very busy night so staff did their best. A nice family atmosphere, so great for families and groups, not so great for a romantic couple particularly as quite noisy inside

Worst service I had ever experienced. To bad table service, wrong menu order after repeating order 3 times and long wait on simple orders. Food was very very average... McDonald’s next door would have been a better pick.....

Love it !!! Had the 3m pizza, what am experience. Only little thing was music was to loud and difficult to talk amongst ourselves

Love the 1 metre pizza, the 1 kg pork ribs so soft fall off the bone. Once you taste their pizza you won't go back to domino's or pizza hut or any takeaway pizza shop.

Made a booking online for 8.45pm on a Saturday night. Appreciate that’s a busy night, but still didn’t get seated until 9.15pm, and wasn’t given an apology or comped anything. Food was good, not great, so we won’t be going out of our way to go back

Horrible attendance. When I arrived, the host said that we couldn’t sit because the whole restaurant was “already reserved”, even though there were empty tables in the first floor, while in the second floor there wasn’t anyone. She told us to return nearly 2 hours later. Food wasn’t good as well.

Our first time at crinitis was very good as my girlfriend loved the vegan options, our second visit wasn't the same as they advertised vegan options on the menu but did not actually have any available on the night.

Daniel our waiter was amazing, the food was excellent however, slightly pricey.

Table for a large group was difficult to access. That is the only fault. Otherwise food and service was excellent. Wine was great too.

I’ve been to Crinitis in Southbank several times and have been more than happy but this time was definitely the worst. I ordered the king prawn pasta which was meant to come with chilli and salami but there was no salami or chilli to be seen and the pasta was extremely bland. When I gave feedback about our meal, the manager did give us 15% off which was appreciated.

Worst service. Staff looked like they were miserable. Food wasnt great.

Just thought kids eat free on sundays. Also was very cold as a cold draft coming down our way.

Disappointed in that service was terrible, we had to ask to order drinks and food. Also table we were seated at people were pushing past us and around s pillar to go to bathroom. It would have been very hard if we had had another person on our table.

They could have sat us upstairs. Instead we were jammed downstairs and very squishy.

Pizzas are nice but very expensive for what it is! The tiramisu is not so tasty even it's quite big
